Desk staff was wonderful as always, and the restuarant staff went out of their way to be kind, accommodating and attentive each time we visited. The room was clean with a nice view and the beds were cozy. On the down side, the front desk referred us to the concierge for support for my 83 year old mother traveling with me. She was concerned about getting lost when walking to the hop on/hop off bus alone while I worked. She was assured the concierege would book the experience for her and support her with every detail. He did not book it and instead tried to convince her to do something else. While he waled her to the door and pointed down the road, I had already shown her all of that. Roomwise, I am always disappointed not to have a coffee maker in the room and there were not extra blankets provided. The bathroom doors were also problematic. We both got bruises in opening/closing them, and they were loud. Having a single or sliding door would be much easier for guests.

Oh my God! What a fabulous hotel right in the middle of the action. We didn’t even need taxis or trains because we could walk everywhere from here. First class staff, first class rooms. What else can I say?

Clean and nice room, but or the price I would expect to have a coffee machine and standard refrigerator (not the one filled with beverages). Also the breakfast options are tricky, some juices are included in prepaid breakfast while others are not (and it costs $15 per glass!).
