Very clean and conveniently located overall. That’s why I stayed here multiple times in the past. My primary reasons for not returning are insufficient elevators and overall unpleasant front desk staff. Breakfast mediocre at best. Be prepare that you can’t find table to eat, nothing is being restocked timely during breakfast hours and there’s absolute mess around. The most annoying issue for me was the unreasonable amount of time to get into elevator. I had two ubers cancelled on me because I couldn’t get out of the building timely.

Great location, nice breakfast and lots restaurants around. No water or refrigerator in the room and parking is not convenient and so expensive.

This was a great location for a Broadway theater trip! The walk to all our shows was very short. The breakfast each day was great (but lots of guests). The elevator was always a bit of a wait but not that big of a deal. The staff was always very kind and helpful. There was also a nice area where we could heat up leftovers to eat. The noise around that area was a huge inconvenience (but of course not the fault of the hotel). But maybe we just don't handle city noise well. The room was very clean and well maintained, albeit small (but its NYC).

Great location! Only two blocks from Time Square. The staff was amazing. Room is small but adequate. Obvious recent renovation. The elevators do get a little bogged down in the morning. Take the stairs and leave earlier! Overall great hotel and great place.
