Was guaranteed a 3:00 check in time and at 4:20, had to wait 40 mins for a “clean room”.The only thing they could offer us was an apology and a later check out time. Affected our dinner plans, as we had 7:00 tix to a show. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind in the many interactions we had with them. Location was close to Times Square and the subway. We loved the rooftop area to view the city!

It was posted that the hotel offered valet parking but once we got there we were told it was not, they gave us the address of the parking garage and when we asked if they will take big SUV’s we were told yes. We came to find out the once we drove to the garage did not take our car and found another place but it will be nice if the staff is aware when asked and give the right recommendations as to where to park. About the breakfast, only one word, it was terrible, all the food look suspicious, not enough sitting for all the guest so some had to stand next to the tables to eat. The milk was rotten and the apple juice was watered down so much that it almost look like water. If you are planning just to sleep and skip breakfast you have a good place to stay.

Very nice hotel
We decided to do an overnight in the city and chose this hotel because of its location and free breakfast. Everything was great. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and the location was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
