For the most part, our stay was great. Our bed was so comfortable, and a nice hot shower! Hotel is in a great location for navigating around the city. Subway is easy to catch nearby. Times Square and Theaters are all within walking distance. Staff are helpful and willing to store luggage on arrival and departure days. Must have Carnegie Pizza (just a few doors away) at some time during your stay! We love Hampton Inns for their breakfast options, however this hotel could improve on this. It was "okay" - could have offered fresh fruit, and have the hot food be "hot" - not lukewarm/cold. That is about my only complaint about the hotel. We'd definitely stay there again, on our next trip to NYC.

Everything about this property was great. We really enjoyed the location, breakfast, cleanliness of the property, and the friendly/helpful staff. We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults/2kids) for 2 nights after leaving our first hotel that we stayed in the day before. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality that was shown was top tier. Adunni at the front desk was very professional and assisted my daughter and I with instructions on riding the subway. Mrs. Caroline Bálson in house keeping is so precious and kind. She made sure our room was cleaned to perfection and always asked if we needed anything. She has such a sweet and loving spirit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent stay! Staff was great and very accommodating. The location is phenomenal, easy walk to most things — Central Park, broadway shows, MSG, Rockefeller plaza, and of course Times Square. Air conditioner unit in the room was not in good working condition. It was very hot in the room the first night we were there. We also tried to call the receptionist/ guest services line approximately 20 different times through the trip and it was never working. The elevators here are always packed and it took us approximately 10 mins to get one to check out. We had our luggage with us and we were on the 16th floor so the stairs weren’t an option. Location of the hotel is good, right near the main strip and Times Square. Staff members were friendly!

The customer service is top notch especially the breakfast area staff! They were all very kind and courteous from reception to housekeeping. We got the accessible room and maybe it hasn’t been that used regularly hence the handheld shower head was somewhat moldy. There was no on site parking but that wasn’t so bad as there were nearby car park bldgs and we knew this prior to booking.
