We did not get what was advertised by Orbitz. We paid extra, quite a bit extra to get a room with a "view". This was only to open our window to see the wall of the building next door. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT! And to top it all off, I asked them to make sure that I would get the points at least and they informed me that I would not receive points because I paid in advance - NEVER heard of that! It's back to the Hilton for me and I will NOT use Orbitz to book hotels again.

Super location, room was a decent size & clean. The elevators were slow.

Great location near Times Square and near Penn Station. All the hotel employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well equipped.

Halls hot! And restaurant is very lackluster and missing real stuff

The first room we were given had not been cleaned and smelled of cigarettes; the second room we were given the keys didn't work - after we finally got in the phone and TV didn't work.

I actually need way more characters to describe how bad this experience was and the worst part is that I know what training Marriott Staff, Maintenance, and General Management get from the Company. In this case , they all failed miserably with a customer that has used the Company for over 30 years for Business and Personal Travel to 33 Countries and 46 States. This was bad news!!!

The hotel was clean and within walk-able distance to many Time Square attractions - walk-able to Empire State Building and Rockafeller Center. Behind the desk Hotel staff was super helpful. The Concierge(s) could have been a bit more informative and helpful in tour opportunities or purchases, but they were OK. The only knock is that the lobby is a bit small : on a Saturday when many folks are trying to check in - it is a prime set up for guest challenges with each other. Perhaps a better system could be thought out. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much.

In between Broadway and 6th Avenue. Subway stations to the left and right. So much to see within a 20 minute walk in all directions. Comfortable rooms and staff were awesome. Will be back to NYC and this exact hotel.

The hotel is a 2 min walk from times square. Room was clean and nicely apponted but cramped which is typical for NYC. Staff was friendly. Check in was efficient. No pool. Workout room is good.

The only negative I have was the internet speed. Too slow for business travelers, otherwise it was fantastic!

Orbitz had booked us in the wrong room, the hotel told us to go rest & they would let us know when our new room would be ready. They really went above and beyond for every our every need. Super friendly crew

The hotel staff was very helpful and allowed me to leave my bags there before the usual check-in time. The location was very convenient and easy to find. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

If NYC boutique seems tasteful but cramped this is your answer. Perfect location 30 second walk to downtown trains, 45 second walk to uptown trains, 60 second walk to the center of Times Square. Housekeeping exceeds 5 star standards and even the free internet (3/2) is stable and good.

This hotel was in a great location. Made it possible to walk to everything we wanted to see. Also very close to subway.

Awesome place to stay - short walk to key locations, as well as subway / Hop On-Hop Off buses. Highly recommend for travelers due to proximity of Times Square. When I come back to NYC next, this is where I plan to stay.
