We always enjoy the central location located between work and home. This is our escape hotel and love it.
For the price, room is tiny, bad lighting, small, old bathtub. Felt more like a dingy motel room. Staff was excellent and the lobby bar, the Breslin and Stumptown were all excellent. Will come to enjoy the premises in the future but will definitely be staying somewhere else.
Not my style. Just a personal preference. You can hear the music from the lobby's bar in the room. Halls are too dark. Noisy
Uber hip hotel, with impeccable service. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Even had a guitar in the corner, if you felt like playing. Restaurants and bars were always packed and the place to be.,
There is a very noisy bar in the lobby. I thought I walked into a restaurant when I entered the hotel building. Front desk is located in a small corner of the first floor. Bathroom doesn't have a fan/vent and smells terrible. The theme color of the hotel is very dark, not my style but I'm sure there are people who would appreciate that.
The location is great. Lobby and restaurant outstanding. The room was a bit small, too much light came in (not good before you wake up). And did not like the amenities. But I would recommend it.
The staff were hip/attentive/caring/great attitudes!
Right from the start the staff was amazing, giving great service at the check in. Once to my room they left a nice little note welcoming me to the hotel with some delicious caramels. I loved all the personal touches like my name and stay time on the TV Screen and the fact that they left the radio on for me when I entered the room. My favorite part of the room was the décor, especially the Record Player, which Sadly I could not used because it did not work, but totally would have. I loved my room, loved my view, I loved the little coffee shop downstairs which has awesome green smoothies and yogurt. The whole stay from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful, and I will stay there again on a return trip to NYC.
ok, location s a problem. far from food, too many loiterers
I try to stay here every time I am in the city. Sometimes it is too expensive
Central location in Flatiron district. Great vibe, artistic, creative and quirky! Loved the staff! Would definitely stay again!
Great hotel, cool hip vibe. Good location, just a short block from the subway. Fantastic location. Will definitely stay again
I stayed in room 607 while I was in Ace. It has fantastic wall painting and comfort king bed. They also put a guitar as a decor in the room. It is a super cool hotel. And they have my favorite coffee place at the first floor! I would recommend to my friends!
Stayed here for 2 nights in August in a mini room. It was perfect for a single, traveling girl. Very comfortable. Everything I needed plus a hipster spin to it that I appreciated.
They are located in where is very convenient to go around in Manhattan. People are nice and you can feel easy to keep your luggages in the front in case you arrived early. If you stay with them, I highly recommend to have a coffee at Stomp (a coffee shop which you can access from the hotel's front).
The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to subway (N,R). If your room faces the street, be prepared for some noise from traffic and people later into the evening. The lobby is always active - get a cocktail and enjoy the people watching.
Everything is great, the only thing is that is a too pricy. I think there are other options with more value
Loved this hotel! Location is great, the restaurant and amenities are awesome. Will def stay here again.
I was worried that the room would be too small but it was fine. I love the hotel's theme. It's really cute!
The staff was just wonderful, the room was well put together, lots of things to look at.
