We stayed at family room. Big room and multiple beds. Amenities are simple but perfect location and perfect stay for families and group
Our ADA room at this property was very nice, comfortable bed, good size, and clean. However, the hotel was very noisy. It was like the interior walls were paper thin. Doors slamming, people congregating by the elevator, staff moving around, etc. were enough to wake us up or keep us up. Upon checkout, there was not enough staff to handle the crowd (only one person working the desk). We waited 30 minutes to confirm our checkout for a pre-paid room. There was a random $65 charge that the staff was unable to explain. Additionally, we asked to have our bags stored and were directed to an unsecured room that anyone could come into. Signs were posted to not leave any valuables, but this was not an ideal solution for anyone. Most of us were about to go to the airport and could not say that our bags were always secure. Overall, this was not typical of a Wyndham hotel chain.
Booked Family Type Premiere- 2 bath. We were 5 girls. Room was spacious. Plenty of room. Had fridge but wish it would of had microwave. I would definitely book again. Up the street was our favorite - Liberty Bagels😋
The hotel room was very expensive. There was a huge dresser in the walkway. The bunkbeds had a ladder that was unsafe and not attached to the bed. The wifi did not work well. The sofa bed was old and gross. The queen size beds were comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and no microwave.

This hotel served all of our needs. It's not a 5 star with a concierge and superb amenities, but for a family of 5 or larger, it gave us plenty of space with a location that felt safe since it's next to a Police Station and within 10-15 minute walk to Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building, Times Square, The Vessel and The Edge. Location was pretty cool, but there are better looking neighborhoods. I would give the hotel 3.5 stars to be fair.

The area is safe, it's central and walkable to all famous spots. I would definitely come back.
Broken heat in the middle of winter.
The rooms were clean. Almost too clean with the strong detergent smell. The TV did not work, but on the second try to get staff to help us, we tried two different rooms with the second one having the operating TV. Cable problem and the engineer was not available until the next day. Wife has to have TV on to sleep. Deposit was fully refunded. Thanks.
Location was good since it was near the train station. If this hotel was anywhere but NYC, there is no way it would be a 4 star hotel. It has a hostel feel to it, especially when you walk in the front door and there are people actually hanging out in the cramped lobby/lounge area. If you don't like noise and want to be as far away from children as I do when you're on vacation (from my own 4 children!), request not to be placed next to a family suite. Sadly, I did not make such a request and woke to kid noises at 7am. The hotel is fine. It served it's purpose.
Awesome location, easy check-in, great price for the size of our family and they held our bags after check out so we could enjoy the city until our train home that evening.
Clean and large room size for NYC. More homeless and drug addicts in the area than usual but still felt safe. Convenient location to Times Square and other tourist attractions.
