Location was good since it was near the train station. If this hotel was anywhere but NYC, there is no way it would be a 4 star hotel. It has a hostel feel to it, especially when you walk in the front door and there are people actually hanging out in the cramped lobby/lounge area. If you don't like noise and want to be as far away from children as I do when you're on vacation (from my own 4 children!), request not to be placed next to a family suite. Sadly, I did not make such a request and woke to kid noises at 7am. The hotel is fine. It served it's purpose.

Awesome location, easy check-in, great price for the size of our family and they held our bags after check out so we could enjoy the city until our train home that evening.

Clean and large room size for NYC. More homeless and drug addicts in the area than usual but still felt safe. Convenient location to Times Square and other tourist attractions.

Had an accommodating room for family of 5, parking for hotel was located just across the street- close to everything

The room was big enough for my family. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Location is so convenience, walk distance to restaurants and shopping. We'll be back.

The property didn’t show nearly as well as the pictures indicated. Seemed to be in need of dome maintenance and attention (loose bathroom fixtures, lamp had exposed/frayed wiring, and we asked for maintenance to come up bc the AC wasn’t working but they never came. We tried to call back twice and no one answered the phone.

Staff was super nice. Very poor options for breakfast for the price.

Very unprofessional! I booked and paid for family room that had two queen beds. After reaching there I was informed that they are over booked and my original room is not Available. I was given key to a cheaper room.

Unfortunately, one of the two rooms we had reserved was not available when we checked in. We arrived the the hotel before check in time and they wanted to charge us extra to check in a few hours early. Instead, we stored our luggage and came back at night and found out that they had overbooked. Do not trust that they will have the room you reserved.

Excellent! We will be back.

Upon arrival, early check-in was not an option and the hotel offered to store my luggage in an open, unlocked and unmonitored, room that was already overflowing with luggage. No accommodation or concern for security. The hotel overbooked so the rest of my party had to stay at a different property that wasn't close. The air conditioning would not switch over to "summer mode" so the rooms were miserably hot. The staff did do their best to help by providing a portable air conditioner, which did the job, but I would never stay anywhere again with a guarantee of both heat and air conditioning. The hotel was further off the beaten path than I would have liked and was a bit sketchy. The NYPD is next door, so that brings a level of security in an odd way. On the way to our hotel, in and out, we regularly noticed people selling and using drugs on the sidewalks. The prices are no cheaper here than they are at other hotels that offer these amenities of comfort and security. I would recommend staying closer to Times Square than this location offers.

Our room was clean and the service was good

Location was great, close to everything but on a quieter street.

We had the Family with 2 king size beds and a bunk bed along with a pull out couch. It had 2 bathrooms and a sink with a fridge in the main area. It was perfect for our family of 6.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and had worst experience ever on the traveling trip. Room was not clean, there were spots on sheets, water pressure was very low, there was a leak in the shower Front desk lady was very unprofessional and rude. I don't write reviews often but feel obligated due to the condition and lack of hospitality at this hotel. I don't recommend staying here.

The service in particular was very disappointing. Our room wasn’t cleaned for multiple days even after calling the front desk and personally going to the front desk to request a cleaning. We needed soap and it took calling 3 times over 2 days for someone to bring it. Additionally, upon checking in I noted that the second person noted in the room number would be arriving and it seemed as though it was an issue. I had to be to one to suggest a solution of writing the person’s name on the room key envelope, to be picked up. Overall, this stay was a very frustrating and disappointing experience and I will not be staying again.

Family room is very spacious and comfortable, cleaning is very regular, there is no microwave and very limited shampoo or soap.

Every was cool

Love the energy and service I recieved. Will revisit!

I Pay for 3 Rooms! In 2 of my rooms the air conditioner was not working after call multiple times they just fix one! Bad Bad Bad
