My wife and I stayed here as we came to see a show as part of our mini-honeymoon and although I had booked my hotel a month in advance when checking in I presented my hotels.com reservation, paid my fee, and got up to our floor. Once entering the room we discovered two full or maybe Queen sized beds and I immediately called the front desk and was told I was “upgraded” to which I asked why two beds? The front desk then proceeded to let me know they did not have anymore Kings sized beds, which is what I paid for. The manager then came up and told me that they didn’t not have anymore King sized rooms and I was not offered anything beyond a simple, sorry. I do not feel as though I was even seen as a customer and was just another foot in the door of a sup-par hotel with an equally sup-par front desk. The only plus to our stay was the walking distance to Broadway, however, we will not be staying here in the future as we found far better hotels in the area for the same price range with the actual room you booked. I wish they had taken accountability instead of making excuses.

The room had ZERO heat during one of the coldest days of the year. With the wind chill, it was negative outside. My stay from from Friday to Saturday, we woke up Saturday to a FIFTY DEGREE room. We made the hotel aware Saturday morning and they said they’d send someone up, I was assuming to fix it… but no they came with a heater that do not heat up the room whatsoever. Then gave us extra blankets. This tells me the hotel was well aware the heat was broken. One of the queen beds was VISIBLY sunken in, it was a nightmare truly. They did not offer us another room or anything else. To have spent $400+ to stay in a room with no heat was so disappointing and them not offering any money back or at least a free drink at the bar was just super disappointing. I plan to address this with management and corporate if I have to. I should have listened to the other reviews. Avoid this hotel at all costs !

The room's thermostat did not go above 69° in the middle of the worst freeze of 2026 in New York history There is a charge for early check-in There is no security other than cameras They could not print me a detailed receipt because i booked with a 3rd party. Also, there is a 150 dollar deposit for incidentals and a 27 dollar resort fee for a hostel/ dormitory style room. There are plenty of signs post saying that the property is a franchise and independently owned and operated. Remember you get what you pay for. Stay at your own risk

Our weekend stay was amazing in the family room!! Very nice workers and clean rooms. One thing I could recommend is better mopping job. Seemed like our white socks were getting dirty fairly quickly ..
