Very nice hotel I would recommend this place for your family and friends love it

We brought our children to this specific hotel because of the Breakfast program. We made our reservation more than a month in advance, the hotel never contacted us to let us know they cancelled that amenity, and they offered no compensation what so ever, as a matter of fact they had no food service period. All the perks were taken away. We didn’t even have a single bottle of water in our room, However, the hotel did have a coffee pot in the room so we did call the front desk to request water and it was brought to us. The hotel demanded a $50 a night deposit to cover amenities....what amenities...? Don’t understand that one. We stayed at a Hilton property in May also with a breakfast program, and because of Covid they gave guest breakfast bags to go. My complaint is that Marriott should have notified us, so that we could have made the choice to cancel or to accept the changes.

The AC unit groaned and rattled and it was difficult to get any sleep. I will say that the staff were all very friendly

Very comfy hotel - I was on the 27th floor and the King size room was perfect for me. Everything was well laid out. The coolest part to me was the window - a GREAT view - but the black out shade was able to be covered by ANOTHER shade that had a skyline print on it...very smart. Breakfast was included which was nice - the bfast space was small, but I didn't need to sit there to enjoy the continental breakfast. The elevator was a BIT slow from the 27 floor going down and one day 1 of the 2 that accessed my floor was broken down, but that's all that wasn't great.

It was near everything. We went on several strolls just to get to some of the more tourist sites. The staff is overly accommodating which was very good for us since we had no idea where we were going. The room was compact which wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Bar marks up prices an extra 2 dollars from some other bars down the street. The breakfast was good and having a meal provided every breakfast saved some money as well. We had a great stay overall.

Great location nice room friendly staff wish weather had been better

Clean and quiet. Staff very nice. Breakfast was ok typical free hotel breakfast

only 2 elevators for many people, breakfast without variety and unclear prices

Very close to penn station. Very important for getting around the city.

I liked the beds, very comfortable. I didn't like that the parking lot is located three blocks away of the hotel and excessively expensive.

Excellent! Nice facility and friendly staff. I look forward to stay at Fairfield Inn Manhattan Time Square South on my next visit to NYC.
