Check out time was noon and at 9am three different housekeeping people knocked on the door to see when we were leaving. They were vacuuming and slamming the vacuum in hallway and room upstairs.

Great view! Complimentary umbrellas (it was raining)

Amazing! Great hotel and great service, would recommend

The Hotel was lovely. The staff needs a lot of work on their customer service.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff great food, great location.

Really beautiful building with amazing views! Great neighborhood, lots of fun places to explore nearby and close to subway.

NoMo SoHo was a feast for all senses. I loved the atmosphere and decor--from the outside to the room. The lobby's aroma is inviting, and the view of the city from my room was spectacular. The restaurant was lovely.

Wonderful location close to canal street shopping , China town and little Italy. I was there for an Open house at International Culinary Center. It was literally rigjt along the corner. Very convenient. Rooms are nice size. Lovely floor-to-ceiling windows in the bathroom , living area and bedroom wjich makes for a beautiful view of the skyline. Rooms were very clean.

It was very cheap, so that’s good. I thought it would just be small, but it was also dirty. Our room stank with a heavy musty smell, and the carpet was grungy.

Perfect location, helpful staff, clean room. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful decor, grand entrance, would stay here again!

Amazing views of the city, upscale, clean and pleasant aroma.

The hotel room was very nice with city views out of all Windows. Great customer service and room service.

Nomo was good and bad. Beautiful boutique in soho and incredible views. They upgraded me to the penthouse and it was seriously amazing. But the heat in my room would not turn off and I melted all night - and they wouldn't compensate me for the trouble because I booked thru orbitz? They just said "sorry" when I told them about the problem. Ok....my room wasn't cheap and that's just not great customer service. Sorry!

I've probably stayed in over 50 hotels in NYC. Nomo Soho was one of the better ones I've encountered. Our room on the 22nd floor had spectacular views. The bright paint scheme (blue and white) made the small room (nothing new in NYC) seem bigger. Walking distance to Little Italy, SOHO and even the financial district if you don't mind some walking. Great value as well.

From the minute I stepped out of the taxi, I knew I had a winning hotel. This place is beautiful!!! The staff was attentive as soon as we arrived, the lobby was chic and definitely has a cool vibe going on. The elevator and lights were amazing and added the perfect touch. The hallway was incredible and the room made my heart melt. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed and highly recommend!!!

Our room was predictably small; it is nyc after all. I care far more about aesthetics than size however so I didn't mind. Room was beautiful; good blend of crisp white and marble classic with a pop of chic color/detailing. It was the total reason I booked this hotel. Negatives.... I don't love carpet it always feels dirty considering people walk the streets and then come up to their room. The bathroom was beautiful but the shower leaked water all over the floor because there was no edge; an intended design for style not function.

Restaurant did not let us in 10 minutes before 11 PM (closing hours) not even for a glass of water or a small bite and we were so hungry we could have been done with our needs in that time (we were a group of 4). We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel did not make our room on day even though we left the card out the door requesting the room be made. They could only change our towels and take out the trash late at night when we found it and the hotel could not do our room at that time. Some nobs felt out, some lamps were not functioning properly, the two phones look modern but failed in multiple times under various reasons, including batteries. The mini-bar has a good selection, including white wine, red wine and champagne but there are not glasses in the room? The shower bathroom in the corner suite we booked has a large window inside the shower part, with no curtains, and the door is translucent, so there is no manner for you to sleep in the next day, all the sun light is going to come inside the room and there is just no way to block it. The room space is ridiculously tiny. I know its NY but come on, you are going to hit yourself many times while you stay in that tiny room. The surcharges are there. The movies are charged more in the bill than as stated in the TV. There is no 24 hour room service. The food portions are questionable. The ravioli came with 3 pieces for example.

Lovely garden in front, hip hotel. Would've been nice to have umbrellas up front but had to go to front desk to ask for them. Also, only had WSJ, no NYT and you had to ask for it at the restaurant. Not super luxe but convenient hotel in great central area.
