The place was very convenient. Their bathroom would benefit from an upgrade. The shower was not looking good. Room was ok another chair or bench would be a nice addition. Loved the location and proximity to broadway and time square. Also there’s a deli across the street that had really good food and fresh squeezed juices…

Fantastic

Super modern, sleek, newly remodeled hotel. Very clean. Designer toiletries. (Would love some bar soap though.) Great location between Hudson yards and Times Square. Surprisingly quiet for NYC. I will be back!

Amazing stay

Had a fantastic stay at The Truss Hotel! Perfect location—just minutes from Times Square and everything within walking distance. Jessica at the concierge was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and prime spot in the city! The view facing ninth Avenue was amazing And we got snow so I really enjoyed having double windows
