Perfect location within easy walking distance to several Broadway theaters. The interior could some tlc but overall felt that our room was clean. For the most part didn’t hear much exterior city noise but there was some loud music from a club or something we could hear from our room for part of the night. Would choose to stay here again.

It was a great location, close to everything we needed. Staff is very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. The rooms are nasty, floors and walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The room and bathroom is very small. The rooms needs major updates. Pictures are very deceiving.

The room was lacking many things we are used to having. There was no bureau, a very small closet, poor lighting, a microwave that was in front of a pole with no lighting to see the buttons, a TV with only 4 stations that we couldn't even watch, no access to ice, no seating area to eat, little gouges all over the bathroom counter, marks on the floor, the room was clean but needs updating badly.

There was no heat in the room on a very cold night. Air was blowing cold air. They tried to fix it but it really was not a great experience, especially for 625.00 a night. Also the light on the side of the bed did not work. We were given a blanket to help keep us warm. We will not be staying her again unless the owner gives us a partial refund. We won’t hold our breath.,
