Clean and great deal. Stayed here many times. However, the toilet was broken and heater was banging like someone hitting it with a pipe. Biggest problem: there has been a long delay in fixing elevators that will cause people to not re-book. Not only has one elevator been broken for the last year, but the main elevator kept showing Floor 6 lit up all day long. Never knew where you were arriving. Always on 6. There are small service elevators at the ends of the hallway, but not reliable either.

Room was great. Clean and roomy for NYC at reasonable rate. The elevator was very slow and one was out of order. Morning coffee bar was not great but free.
