The hotel was fine. A little dated, but clean and staff were friendly. We had everything we needed and location was the perk. The hotel stored our luggage prior to check in and after check out which was very helpful.

The room was in prestine order. I cant say very clean because that would be an understatement. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable when i did have a question, as well as to make some recommendations. The location of the hotel was perfect. It is very close to everything. I would definitely recommend the Belvedere.

The lobby was always very busy and it took a decent amount of time to check in and out. We also spent a lot of time waiting for the elevators. The staff was friendly though and the hotel was fine enough. The area is also very convenient.

The room had no thermostat and room was too hot. The elevators were incredibly slow. We waited almost 15 minutes for an elevator in the morning and all three elevators were running. I will not stay here again.

I had some major issues with my stay including a malfunctioning elevator which caused me to have to use the stairs to get to my room. The side elevators were always full and slow to arrive so had to take 6 flights of stairs to get to my room. Also had to carry my luggage down 6 flights of stairs after waiting 15 minutes for the side elevated and kept coming by full. Very frustrating and the floor did not have an ice machine on it so had to take the stairs to get ice. Also the room smelled very moldy/musty for some reason and the shower drain was clogged. On our last day it rained and the bottom floor was blocked off with tape due to a water leak and flooding. It was a very convenient location, but was expecting more at this price point.

Room was spotless and beds comfortable but too short for someone 6-3. Why hotels do not provide face cloths when they charge $700 a night is beyond me! Biggest complaint the noise factor at night from the neighborhood. Second, the poor quality of the mirrors in the bathroom for make-up purposes.

The property itself is outdated but the rooms are clean ( at least my room was). The staff was nice and I appreciated the front desk agent granting me the 12pm checkout. I just wish there were more amenities available especially since they charge a destination fee (like all hotels nowadays but other properties have credits you can use towards snacks or some incentive attached to the extra charge). If you need anything (beverages or a snack) there’s a deli down the block. But I would have loved the convenience of a vending machine at least.
