It's a nice clean hotel. However they charge you an extra fee of over $30.00/day for use of internet and you get 50% off of breakfast which cost $20.00 so you get it for $10.00 and is very inadequate...no hot options, not worth $10.00 and that $10.00 is over the fee you pay each day. I was in a small hotel in London and the breakfast came free with the room, and it had choices of eggs, bacon, ham, all kinds of pastry, cereals, toast, etc. The breakfast at this hotel is pitiful and way overpriced. And the attitude of the personnel at the desk was very snooty. It is not the Ritz but it is in a good location. The room has a small refrigerator and a microwave but no plates, silverware , glasses., which is very inconvenient. If you want anything you have to ask for it. The good news was the room had good temperature control and a nice view of the city. It's a nice hotel but overpriced.

Front desk staffs are extremely unfriendly. I guess the managers do not treat them well

My bedroom had bedbugs and when I called nothing was done.

the drain in the tub was broken :(, the shower handles also need some repair, but other than that, it was great.

Convenient location with friendly staff. Would not recommend the breakfast.

Love that this hotel was walking distance from top tourist places and so convenient to get back to when we needed to rest. Overall we were extremely happy with our choice and for sure would pick this spot again the day we return to NYC ❤️.

Locations is excellent, close to theaters and Times Square and restaurants Continental breakfast has little to offer anyone on a gluten free or low car diet. ( Fortunately, the Patzeria restaurant several doors down had reasonably priced breakfast options) Elevators were overcrowded at times Room and hotel in general were very clean Staff was pleasant and helpful Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again in the future

Our room right by the back elevator. That was awesome! Also loved the location easy assess to everything we wanted to do.

The property was nice and had a good view of the city. There were places in front for car pick-up and drop-off which was very convenient. The only downside is that there are only 2 small-ish elevators since it is an old hotel so sometimes it took a while in the morning to get to the ground floor (since many people and their luggage were in the elevator).

While this property was clean and nice in appearance, the room was incredibly noisy. Between the traffic 11 stories below and the thin walls in the adjoining room I was unable to sleep. Also, my daughter had to take a 4:30 AM train and the bellhop told her to walk ( in the dark, alone) to the next street over to get a taxi rather than call for one to come to the hotel. Unpleasant and Unacceptable!

Good water pressure in shower. Location was convenient for theater. Staff checking in was great. Staff checking out was less than friendly. Elevators were small and hard to get going down when anyone had luggage. I tripped over thresholds in room a couple of times.

Have complimentary wine and cheese at 5:00 in a nice room off the lobby.

The location was fantastic and the cleanliness of the rooms was fine. It would have been more convenient if they had offered a buffet style continental breakfast so you could bring food back to the room. Vending machine selection was very limited as well. There were some amenities that would have been nice to enjoy if we had the time. The wine hour is a great idea and I wish I had taken advantage of the opportunity to mingle with other guests.
