Room clean and quiet. The hotel is old, but well kept and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and capable. Only issue is you can’t control the heat- and I was very hot.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. One of the elevators was being renovated at the time, and the heating system was noisy but otherwise the room was fine.

Room was ok. Paper thin walls. Could hear absolutely everyone, inside and outside, and we were on the 9th floor. Dont expect to sleep if youre a light sleeper. Will be staying somewhere else when we visit again. We've stayed in times square and didnt have the noise issue.
