Very posh, but crazy during fashion week. Also, need to upgrade tv service as almost half of channels were blacked out.
Very modern, chic and comfy hotel
Awesome hotel but not much help with finding transportation. I really enjoyed the room. The workers I came in contact with were great but I really wanted to order a cab to Newark airport for a very early flight and no one could help me. They suggested Lyft or Uber but I have a flip phone. I got a NYC taxi service on my own but it would have been nice if they were a little more accommodating helping me find public transportation. Thank you!
Not worth it! Trust me. My fiancee and I chose this hotel to spend our engagement weekend in the city. We decided to spend a little more than we typically would for the special occasion. Check in was arduous as they force you to attempt check in via an ipad rather than a human. Ours did not work so we had to wait in a long line to speak to the only representative that could help (as many other guest check-ins had the same issue apparently). The escalator up to the guest lounge area was broken the whole time we were there. Our room was small but clean, no issues there. Our first night we woke up to the smell of smoke and burning plastic. We rushed downstairs and the hotel was frantically trying to tell guests that there was no issue...as guests filled the lobby concerned that the hotel was burning or that we had all inhaled a toxic smoke in our sleep. One other guest called the FDNY because the hotel wouldnt and the firefighters checked the scene to ensure their was no active fire. Turns out the hotel's kitcken on an upper floor had a fire that was so bad the damage to the building is now visible from the street. I tried to speak with the hotel lead manager Leilani and she kept ignoring my calls and decided not to call me back to discuss our concerns. I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism here, especially after paying so much for this hotel stay. Bottom line, this place is not worth the money! There are any other better options in the Soho/Bowery neighborhood!
Great spot. Love it.
Yes the property is nice, but what it achieves for its looks, it lacks for almost everything else. The room was extremely small, the service in the cafe on the lower floor was ridiculous and they ran out of basically all the food, you couldn’t find anything you needed anywhere, you had to go to another room for water — water! In a hotel that cost almost $1500 for 3 nights you had to leave your room to get water. I’ve stayed at other hotels at this price point in NYC and have actually received the service you would expect at the price tag. Will not be staying at this hotel again
Very cool hotel
The beds were great. The vibe was cool. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. It wasn't quiet, there were a lot of people milling around and loud music, which didn't really bother us too much. Missed having a person to welcome us as we got there, as registration was self-service.
Modern hotel, basic amenities and not satisfied with price
Had a great stay 😊
Sky view
Not worth the money. Staff is rude. Everything is very confusing. Parking is not convenient. My partner and I were denied service at rooftop and lobby bar, both which entry and service were supposed to be guaranteed.
Very clean and comfortable. Great location we will come again!
Amazing style. Great look. Excellent location.
Amazing ! 10/10
An hotel of that category should have a coffee machine in the room. Complete absence of concierge services/room service options means that someone with insomnia has absolutely nowhere to go for a coffee at 5-6am. Not even an electric kettle or microwave access--whereas any Holiday Inn offers that...

While we can not do anything about size of our rooms, we always try to compensate it, whith the best possible service and as for water in the room, in our attemt to elliminate the plastic usage, we are providing every room with a pitcher and every floor with a tripple filtered water stations.
