Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool.

Honestly, you can't do better than this hotel in NYC. It's a beautiful vibe with super friendly staff, tons of services and events and the right kind of neighborhood. And the F train is a 1/2 block away that will take you anywhere you want. Also shout out to Angelo the manager who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I will only stay here from now on :)
