Surprising contemporary and creative. Loved the clock sculpture behind the front desk.

If you dont need TV and wifi. then the room was good.. But I dont understand how cable tv is not working more than its working. the same goes with the wifi.

Nice hotel. Doorman very pleasant. Continental Breakfast unfortunately was poor.

Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I was very impressed. The staff were very welcoming and answered all of my questions! The room and location was perfect for my stay. Will definitely come back

Comfortable room, friendly staff. Continental breakfast was very good as was the bar upstairs. Just around the corner from TS.so quiet yet convenient.

Very nice hotel in NYC for a reasonable price. Bed was comfortable and all decor was modern

The Time is one of those hotels where I feel insufficiently hip. I started looking around the room for the TV...found the remote and clicked it, and the television lit up...inside the mirror (very cool, except for when you can't see the screen because of the reflections from the room lights - UX fail). The dresser is a glass case - looks like a zoo enclosure for clothes. And we had a hanging glass ball lamp in our room with four little plastic people inside. Three were standing and one had fallen over, so it looked like a CSI crime scene as the three investigated the body in front of them. OK, that's the silly stuff. The hotel was very comfortable, amazingly quiet for Times Square, and a short walk from...everything. Really nice bed (I blame the bed for my skipping my morning run). The tiny markdown on facilities is because the bathroom doesn't have sufficient places to hang towels and such, and the toilets are inefficient. If you have to be in Times Square (ugh..,), highly recommended.

The hotel was great. Clean and great location. Staff was amazing. Rooms are a bit small though

Hotel location is good, about 5 mins walking distance to time square. Workers here are okay. Room is updated, very clean and nice, but I asked for an extra blanket the next night, and find there is a water / dog pee mark on it ... uhhhh... not very comfortable sleeping with a unclean blanket. PS: if you are staying there on the weekend, be prepared they have a club on the 2nd floor .... SUPER VERY noisy till 2am!!!!! Maybe because we stayed on the 3rd floor ?! Overall I’ll definitely will come back next time if I visit NYC again. after all other hotels I’ve stayed in NYC, this is the most affordable and updated hotel.

I think I’m this instance, you get what you pay for. There was visible trash on the floor (gummy bear and clothing tag) from the prior occupants. I mentioned it to the front desk staff the next day and asked that my room be thoroughly cleaned. I came home and the trash was still there. The staff was very friendly. The room was tiny and would be tough for two adults to occupy the space easily. I don’t mind the cramped space but I do mind clear signs that the room was not properly cleaned. The staff was nice but I wouldn’t stay here again. The room being clean is most important to me and it fell below that.

Great location if you plan to see any broadway shows!

Very welcoming and helpful team. The location was very convenient and we had everything we needed. We would definitely return and have already recommended it to others.

I booked this hotel last minute and was not disappointed other than the view was another building. The rooms are small, but for the location it's in I can't complain to much. It has a club at the entrance, so if your young this is a great spot for you.

Dear fred, I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your room. However I am truly sorry for the Wi-Fi and TV service disruption that occurred during your stay with us. Unfortunately, there was a network issue off-site that was beyond our immediate control. I am pleased to share we have since fixed the issue. We eagerly look forward to your return and remain humbly at your service. Thank you, Arjeta Peci Guest Services Ambassador
