The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. Every question was answered with genuine care, and it truly felt like they wanted my stay to be as comfortable as possible. The accommodations were stunning—modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the room layout to the amenities, felt carefully thought out. It was the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The onsite dining was another highlight. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere made every meal feel like a special occasion without even leaving the hotel. Overall, The Time New York exceeded all expectations. I stayed here for two nights in two rooms. One of the rooms smelled like smoke, and the hotel overall felt very small and cramped. The furniture was worn and torn, and although there have been some upgrades, it still feels like a work in progress. On the positive side, the beds were somewhat comfortable, but overall the experience was disappointing.

Likes: -Great location for Time Square, Broadway shows, -Uber Pickups were easy( just had to go across the street due to some construction - Easy in/out of the premises -I liked the digital signs to signal staff for needing a room clean or “do not disturb” Dislikes: -when we arrived after check in, our room door was not closed so that was weird. I’ll chalk it up to staff not closing the door. However it made paranoid and me take the extra step of making sure the door was closed every time we left. - the room was quiet from city noise. However, we could hear seemingly any and all hallway noises through the door. Overall it was a great stay and I would probably stay there again to see if it was just my particular room that had those issues.

Great hotel choice for NYC trip

Great hotel in great location with friendly and attentive staff. Close to theaters, Times Square, subways, restaurants, Central Park, etc. Would stay here again for sure. Only small issue was there is no coffee maker in the room or lobby. You have to pay at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel.

Staff was very welcoming but room had some inconveniences our fan was not working even after calling someone if would smoke up the whole room, the safe didn’t work had to call someone in, someone left their dog barking morning and night in the room 2 door away from our room for $600 a night not worth it
