The Time New York

Stayed here for two nights. Stayed in a King room and I thought it was a good size for a New York hotel. Nice modern decor, tons of USB ports. The mirror in the TV was a nice touch. Not the largest bathroom, but was fine for me. Though right off Time Square and right next door to a theater, I did not hear outside noise. Nillaka (sorry if I spelled that wrong) at the front desk was great. It's so refreshing to be welcomed by someone who sincerely wants you to have a great experience. She even called me later to see if I was happy with my room and if I needed anything. Josh, the "batman" bell hop was great. He was so engaged, accommodating and willing to help I asked him if he was new to his job. He seemed like that person who just started and is not jaded yet or over his job. I was surprised to learn he was on his forth year there. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to friends.

Very convenient location, nice ambiance, good size suite for Manhattan standards and fair service made it a good choice for us! Loved the street level coffee stand which served one of my favorites - Stumptown coffee! We caught a few rains during our stay so having a decent restaurant downstairs helped a big deal! Would come back!

This is a very stylish and modern hotel right in the centre of Broadway and just around the corner from Time Square so if you want to be in the thick of it then this is an excellent choice. The room was very clean but small and there wasn't enough storage especially as we were staying a week and could have done with a bit of extra room; however, I believe this is typical of NY hotels. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful especially the concierge who was always on hand to help us with getting around the city and booking treatments at a nearby spa. Restaurant and bar we're nice, if a bit dark! Restaurant staff could be a bit more friendly and engaging though. Didn't have the greatest view but the trade off was a quieter room with just the noise from the generator in the roof rather than the busy city noise. Overall a really lovely hotel.

Spent 2 nights here at The Time hotel for a business trip in NYC. If you are a fan of the Times Square area this is a fantastic option as it's located about a block way. The hotel is very clean and has very nice modern furnishings and amenities. The restaurant also has very good food (try the mini-pizzas). I was also upgraded to a suite to boot! Also, Josh the bellman is probably one of the best bellmen I - so personable and a joy to interact with.

This hotel location is fine and is close to Times Squares and theaters. But this is a boutique hotel and the rooms are small and the sound proof are awful. I slept the whole night and was so noisy by the siren surrounded me ( just like sleeping on the street). Also, inside my room, the bathroom is with no curtain or glass to block the shower water. After you take the shower, the whole floor is totally wet. Lastly, the reception staffs are with no smile at all (Check in and check out) which I seldom experience thru out my other vacations.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here ..Our Room was small from the usual Hotels i've been.. But we received the BIGgest and finest service from All the Staff .. We are always greeted with a Smile ... and our Housekeeper (Tsulium..opsy may have mispelled her name) keeps our Room Organized and clean with fresh scents.. Thumbs Up ... The Hotel Room was Amazing And having the location at the Heart of Times Square made our stay wonderful.. I highly recommend this Boutique Hotel.... J Cruz

Happened to be in NY in a busy period so usual hotels were out of policy - chose the Time due to price and reviews. I'll definitely book again - modern, comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff and a good spot just off Times Square!

Stayed here two nights for a small weekend in NYC. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at in NY! Normally I don't like to stay so close to all the "tourist traps" like Times Square etc, but this hotel gave it all a new meaning. The staff is flawless, so helpful and genuine sweet. The room was huge, wifi was great and the bed was amazing. Slept like a toddler! Throughout the whole stay I felt so welcomed, that was such a unique experience. If I have one complaint (and that's really my only one), it is that the minibar/fridge in the room shouldn't have sensors so you can cool down your own drinks, water, sodas etc. I'll never stay anywhere else again when in New York! Can't wait to be back :)

Our entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Before our stay we emailed the hotel to ask how much it would cost to upgrade our room since our holiday was a special occasion, but unfortunately the upgrade cost was slightly out of our budget. Priya emailed us back and answered all of our questions quickly and was so friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded free of charge and had a bottle of champagne in our room to congratulate us which was amazing and so kind! Our room was so comfortable and stylish, and the staff could not have been more helpful with any of our requests and questions. We especially liked the illuminated mirror in the bathroom and the mirror that turned into a TV. The only slight criticism that we would have is that our wifi connection was a little slow and patchy, but overall it was a great stay and we definitely plan to go back.

Im aware this is extremely late... but my boyfriend and I stayed here for 5nights in December, the hotel is in one of the best locations for shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely ! Very clean with modern decor. New York is my favourite place at Christmas and this hotel definitely added to the experience, only thing I would say is that they need to supply complimentary water in the rooms (not sure if they do now) but that's the only critic I have.
