This is my “go to” hotel when I’m n this area. Great location, very friendly staff, and all that you need at a reasonable price for the area!

Nice location, easy 5 blocks from Penn Station. The King room was certainly roomy enough. It was so nice to have a king size bed in NYC!! This place was affordable and really delivered . They had complimentary hot drinks 24 hours with a really nice complementary breakfast that included hot items. The room had a shower with no tub but it was modern and clean. Each floor only has 5-6 rooms so the elevator was not a problem like I read in other reviews. We barely waited for the elevator anytime during our two night stay. They even let us check in a few hours early because our room was ready.

This hotel is in a superb location for accessing various hot spots. The rooms are comfy and have just what one needs, without being extravagant in any way. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free breakfast as well as a workout space. Great for business or pleasure travel!

This hotel has just what you need and nothing you don’t- if you want a clean, comfy place in a great location!

Great location. Walking distance to Times Square, Theater District, and many restaurants and other sites.

Rates were the most reasonable in the area. Room was tight but clean. I think that is most of the rooms in NYC. Nice that there'll was breakfast. We'll book there again!

The rooms are kind of little small and I found a little dirt spot on the pillow case, If elevator runs faster will be better. I really enjoin of it, I would stay again.

Perfect location and the room seemed newly renovated. Everything was VERY clean. The breakfast was wonderful as well with both hot and cold options and a neat little waffle making station. It seemed like they were having some trouble with the elevators during my stay and it was a long wait for them to come.

Very helpful staff. Also appreciated luggage storage when we checked out. Bathroom is very small but very clean.

The staff was great. The continental breakfast was good. But the rooms are so small it was ridiculous. My husband and I constantly saying "excuse me". The price you pay is due to it's location. Would I recommend this hotel, yes, because you're not going to spend the majority of your vacation to NYC in the room anyway. And the other great thing is they are NOT listed on the bedbug registry and I didn't find any when I tore our room up upon arrival!!! That alone will make me recommend this hotel.

The staff was polite and the hotel was conveniently located Unfortunately the hotel conditions was very poor look old The elevators were extremely slow Took the stairs going up to the six floor my entire stay Wish someone do something to renovate and give this hotel a ver much needed renovation Thank you

Stayed for 1 night with 2 kids. Beds were comfy and our room was ready early. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay was short yet pleasant. The hotel is in good location because our office was just 8 minutes walking distance. The hotel is simple and good, very easy to get around, and offered a great price (119$ a night in mid-February).

Our stay was very good overall. Breakfast included was a nice touch that many other hotels do not have. They had a variety of items that easily exceeded our expectations of a free breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly always greeting us with a smile and small conversation, and one woman even got us freshly baked cookies that we had missed being set out earlier in the day. The price was expensive, but for location and time of year I guess that balances out. The coffee maker in the hotel room was not working properly and the outlet the alarm clock was plugged into was loose and would constantly turn on and off. Overall I would definitely stay here again if the price is fitting at that time.

very pleasant place in middle of chaotic manhattan.all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. breakfast area could be made alittle more cheery. I would stay again.

Hotel was very well located, easy walk to Times Square. Good breakfast selection. Convenient and comfortable.

Great budget hotel with comfortable beds and a great location. Staff is welcoming and efficient. Please improve the breakfast or do without. Powdered eggs and very limited selection. Other than that , will return and recommend.

I enjoyed this hotel in the garment district. It's nice because the area is quiet, and as a big walker, I don't mind that it was not located in all the crowds and noise of time square, so a short walk gets you to plenty, yet the hotel is tucked away. Bed and shower were excellent. Elevator was slow. I used the steps. I loved it!

Near entertainment and night life. Rooms are good enough for a couple nights stay. Despite the layout of the hotel, the close quarters, the overnight stay was quiet. taking the stairs down was easier than waiting for the elevator.

My daughter & I stayed at this hotel the week of New Year's Eve. They have 32 floors, with 4 rooms to a floor. We enjoyed the hot breakfast items each morning, even though some mornings it was crowded. We preferred to walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Center & nearby places to eat. We did take cab to Broadway show, Central Park & Museum of Natural History. It was quiet at night & the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful with directions if we needed it.
