The hotel was okay, but immediately outside the front door was filthy. A lot of trash and debris all over the sidewalk. The hotel could pay some one to clean out front, even if it is technically public property. It is a really unpleasant experience going in and out of the property.

Excellent location in tribeca with walking access to Soho up to Washington Park. Clean room. Good breakfast service on 21st floor as well as balcony. Subway is a block or two away and will take you uptown quickly.

From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay. Everyone from the front desk team to the bell greeters and the club room attendant was attentive, professional. The location of the property was another major plus. Close to the subway, restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Decent hotel

Location worked out really well. Hotel was great - rooms were a decent enough size for New York. Kept really clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent too

Situated nicely in Tribeca as a starting point to many other locations. Not too far from Chinatown, but an aggressive group of sellers of luxury knockoffs products are very close by a street over.
