Nice hotel next to the Beacon Theater. Good restaurants and bars close by.

Very nice hotel. Having the kitchenette in every room is a nice touch; I wish more hotels did that. The location is fantastic! It was an easy walk to Lincoln Center, Central Park and everywhere else I wanted to go, and here's a Subway station a block away as well. The Beacon Theater is right next door.

Great staff and location. Bathroom could use a upgrade.

I had been to the Beacon before, so I knew what we'd be getting. It did not disappoint. This hotel deserves the highest marks. Staff could not have been nicer.

Our entire hallway (room 919) smelled of weed. Our kids coughed the entire walk to elevator. The room was very clean but it needed work. Paint was chipping bathroom was very outdated. This area is fantastic and close to everything and the room was big but I probably will not stay again until they remodel The room was very clean but it needed work. Great location. Easy walk to 72nd Street subway and Lincoln Center. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Well insulated windows hence city sounds are minimal.

Great hotel and location. We stayed in a queen suite with two young kids sleeping on the pull out bed. Having a full refrigerator, kitchenette and dishes made the stay much easier. Fortunate to have a room that was exceptionally quiet for NYC, as the room overlooked the roof of the Beacon Theatre.

Close to museums, Lincoln Center, Central Park, grocery store, wine store. Wonderful neighborhood, close to subway. Nice staff, comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Would gladly stay here again and again.

Very comfy rooms I also like the small kitchenette that's in the Room which is extremely helpful refrigerator microwave stove . Very comfy very spacious rooms excellence

The toilet was clogged. They knocked on the door and left us a plunger. Really? Where was the maintenance guy? Then an hour later someone knocks and asks if we need a mop! Very strange. Also the sink faucet was loose and rocked and the toilet paper holder hardware was loose. Shower hardware could have been better. This was #728. Other than this the room was good. Nice to have a kitchenette and fridge. Great location on the upper west side. Near subway.

Hotel Beacon does not disappoint! Delightful in every way! Professional and courteous staff, clean & quiet rooms. I enjoy staying in a neighborhood as opposed to being in the middle of the all of the hustle & bustle of Times Square. Hotel Beacon is my 1st choice when in NYC. Close to family & everything else! I love it!

Among other things, location is right next to the Beacon Theater. We were on 23rd Floor facing Broadway and very quiet. Wonderful friendly staff.

The hotel is in a excellent location near the 72nd subway station, wonderful neighborhood restaurants and the Beacon Theater. Our room on the 14th floor was larger than most NYC hotel rooms, had a simple but useful kitchenette and was blissfully quiet.

Everything was excellent except it did not fulfill Orbitz' condition for my booking.

This is a great choice, especially if you are traveling with children. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a basic yet functional kitchenette in it. It really felt like a one bed room apartment on the Upper West Side. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is great. It's just a few blocks from the Natural History Museum and Central Park. There is a 1,2,3 subway stop a couple of blocks away. People looking to be right in the thick of it all, might prefer something downtown. Closer to Times Square or the Village, Tribecca, etc. But I go crazy with too much Manhattan and much prefer the more relaxed feel of the Upper West Side, Central Park, and Riverside Park.

The experience was ai great, memorable, ungorgetale, and fantastic!
