lovely, clean room. very quiet.
Great location. Booked 2 doubles which ended up being 2 full , not queen , beds. Much prefer queen as full very small.

Spectacular views and kitchenette conveniences! Small rooms but who cares, it’s NYC? Go across the street to Fairway or Citarella for the best takeout.
Good location and friendly staff. The facility is well maintained.
I paid almost $800 a night for a suite. The room had an overall dingy feeling. Virtually no amenities—no robe, slippers, water—at that price point is kind of inexcusable. The bathroom was closet-sized. Just not a lot of value for money here.
Wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the temperature just right, and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. We will be coming back!
This hotel is fine. It has an excellent location. It is a little bit outdated. The hotel should be remodeled. However, it is ok to stay if you are not expecting anything luxurious. The TV signal was not good. Everything else worked fine in the room. Perhaps, the hotel should provide slippers even if they are cheap.
Elevators have long been a problem at busy times.
It’s a good place to stay.
This place was super convenient for getting around Manhattan, and plenty of space for all 4 of us. Having two rooms plus a kitchenette made it possible for us to relax when we needed a little downtime, and to enjoy the city knowing we had a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. Having a fridge and microwave was especially helpful!
From the desk personnel to the Manager, to the doorman, everyone was invested in your comfort. The housekeeping staff was fast and efficient. It's easy to feel welcomed. We're definitely going back.
Great location, excellent service
