Great location in Chelsea close to just about everything. Beautiful chic hotel with a great staff, beautiful bar and nice ambiance. The room I was in was a bit small and had no closet however it wasn’t that big a deal. Wasn’t thrilled about the resort fees either as they didn’t explain at the front desk all I could get from the fee. Other than that, we loved the hotel and would come back for sure!

I had an amazing stay at the Motto by Hilton NYC Chelsea for my birthday! The hotel is super cute and I love that it is attached to a restaurant. I also that the hotel was a decent size for NYC and it was modern, comfortable and also in a super walkable area. I would 100% save this as one of my go-to hotels in the city.

At one point in the trip, my tv was not working. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer. My room was not cleaned until the second to last day of my trip, they were only coming in and replacing towels but not cleaning. No microwaves and unable to warm any food so no point in taking any leftovers to your hotel. Other than these this, the view was nice in my room. I was comfortable otherwise
