The resort fee is ridiculous. The “gym” is tiny and smelled like mildew. No bathroom toiletries like lotion, cotton tips or shower cap. No robes or slippers. And no tea or water kettle. Overpriced for what you get.

A great stay. Perfect location for theatre and midtown venues. Fun decor and energetic vibe. "Cozy" rooms, but very clean with sleek design and incredible view of Empire State Building. Warm and friendly staff. Loved the rooftop bar.

This is a very nice room. Clean, good central location in Midtown. The bed and sheets we’re really so comfortable light and warm at the same time. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The negative is that the room is extremely small, but it’s Manhattan so thats where the reasonable pricing comes in. The bathroom amenities are limited but sufficient. Also, the lighting is extremely dim and unrealistic to get ready. If you park in the lot up the street, (11East 38th st) be sure to get your parking ticket stamped by the hotel front desk before you pick it up for a discount.
