We had a wonderful stay at The Kixby Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and we were upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. Early check-in is available for a fee, which made our arrival smooth and convenient. The amenities were excellent, and the rooftop lounge offered stunning views of the city. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Hotel is an Easy Walk to Midtown & Upper Downtown Manhattan. Rooms were Comfortable and not too small. There's a Roof Bar called Look Up with a Great View of the Empire State Building. I live 1 Hour away in Connecticut, and I would stay here again.

The room was fabulous, spacious and very clean. Location was awesome - right across from Macy’s. Stayed here to attend a concert at MSG and it worked out perfectly for us. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate re-booking.

The Kixby is perfect if you’re planning to do a lot of touristy things in NYC - it’s close the Time Square, Penn Station, 5th Avenue and within steps from the train. I would stay here again

This hotel was great! It is located right next to the Empire State building with easy access to the subway. We walked to Times Square and Central Park with ease. The penthouse room/bathroom was modern and good size. We arrived early and happily paid $75 for early check in because we did not want to wait until 4pm for check in. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily which is nice because I feel like most hotel these days don't do it everyday. I do wish the rooftop bar was open during the stay. The rooftop has a nice view of the empire state building. It might be open only during the summer, but I am not sure. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Kixby Hotel. I was upgraded to a king room and it was a very nice size. The bed was comfortable and shower was a great size with 3 options in the shower. Great water pressure and temp. The front desk at check and check out were excellent. The service I received in the bar was as phenomenal as well. The bartender was super friendly! Would recommend and will stay again. I would suggest asking for an interior room away from the street. And one improvement would be to add black out curtains.
