It is a blatant lie that they advertise this as a '4 Star Hotel'. There was nothing '4-star' about it - they didn't have a fully functional restaurant on site, no ironing board, not even a coffee maker in the room! The ice maker on our floor was not draining water and it was overflowing, creating a mess everywhere. This hotel might have been '4-star' when the property was originally created, which I'm guessing was some 100 years ago, judging by how the building looked. Such a waste of money and very disappointed with both Romer's kitchen and Expedia for false advertising.

Heaven in Hells kitchen

Loved this hotel. Great vibe and great location. Didn’t have to go far from the hotel if you didn’t want to as there were great eats nearby and theatres were close by as well. Would definitely stay again.

I loved this location really close to the subways and a lot of amazing food options nearby! If you’re a tourist and you wanna see all the attractions it’s the best spot. Very central to everything. The elevator was broken the whole time which was inconvenient, it was my birthday and there wasn’t a note or anything special. My biggest thing is the doormen , don’t open the door for you. They just stand there doing nothing while you walk over to their area to press the door button for yourself. That was really annoying. Rooms were very comfy!!!! Loved that I could control my own ac. It was a cozy hotel, overall for the location and room I’d say yay but the service was a nay. Except for the one guy who checked us out at 4am, he was super nice.
