Amazing views

Everything was good except the elevator situation. Took a very long time and at least one seemed to be out of service the whole time.

Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Tiny room but perfect for 1 business traveler.

I liked that this hotel was central to public transportation and easy to get around to city. I really enjoyed the view from the rooftop, which is one of the top reasons why we had chosen the hotel. The room was cute, smaller than what we are used to, but we loved our view especially waking up to it each morning.

The pictures of the Arlo Nomad looked amazing online, but once getting to our room, it's a bit of a catfish. The hotel was cool but also overpriced compared to similar hotels around the area. A little disappointed. The front desk told us the rooftop would be open so we could get a rooftop view and sadly we were never able to go up and see the view. Luckily we weren't in the hotel too much on our trip

The property had a great view from the room as well as from the top of the building and was in the perfect location. They let us check-in over an hour early which was nice as well and the valet parking was super easy! The elevator was out of order one of the days during our stay when we were trying to leave and we were on the 20th floor so we couldn't get down unless walking down the stairs which took quite some time and also made us dizzy but other than that no compliants!

Rooftop was closed due to not having winter heaters and furniture

Worst hotel ever, Arlo NoMad. Hotel did not let me check in. I would like my money refunded back to card acc# ASAP. 72199718095472: Orbitz itinerary

I liked that all the staff was super friendly and courteous.

I have Stayed here Multiple times and always pleased

I went to NYC and chose Arlo hotel specifically for the view from the bed. The view was not bad but, there are a few buildings under construction and some empty surrounding the hotel which isn’t nice to look at. The rooms are super tiny with no room to walk. Feels kind of cramped like an airplane bathroom. From some rooms, you can see directly into other Arlo guests bedrooms. I thought it was cool and each guest knew to be careful anyway. It’s a bit on the pricy side for such a tiny space. With all that said. Don’t take my honesty as a sign not to visit Arlo. It’s a beautiful hotel & and I loved my time there. I would visit again if the price were lower.

Located in a loud/busy area but has beautiful views. On the rooftop you have the view of the Empire State. Stayed in their Corner Queen and it has gorgeous view. Rooms are very small but you are definitely paying for the view which is so worth it. Prepare to wait quiet sometime of an elevator. My biggest pain point and wouldn't stay here again because of it. Takes way too long and would recommend you book your uber when u arrive downstairs to avoid getting charged waiting fees.
