Great rooftop setting. Room was New York small, but great views. Wonderful shower. Staff is excellent, especially Caroline Morales, who was a huge help.

Location is good. Rooms very clean. The rooms are smaller but fine for 1 person.

Great place, so much personality! The view was spectacular and the rooftop lounge was breathtaking. Food on site was excellent!

The staff at Arlo was pretty awesome. Really helpful and friendly. The hotel could not have been loacted in a more perfect place. Close to subways, restaurants and everyting that makes NY - NY! Good job!

The hotel is pretty nice. Small but you should expect it in New York. Paid extra for the sky view.. but the view wasn’t that great.. Both our windows were facing a building with construction . We asked if there were other rooms but they said, “every side is under construction, we should update our website.” We gave up, obviously they didn’t want to try switching. We went to ktown for dinner and on the way we realized that what they said weren’t true. Overall the night view was still good as we can’t really see the construction. Our anniversary would have been better if we actually got the better side.

This may have been the smallest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Granted there were only two of us, it was almost as if we couldn’t move about at the same time. The tv was in such an awkward position that we could have easily knocked of over with the bathroom door. Very challenging experience, but I assume the view was supposed to make up for that. We were also disappointed in the fact that our tv features did not work and there were no microwaves for public use (parents with babies steer clear). Nonetheless the hotel was good and the restaurant was decent. This location is in the heart of the city and pretty close to a number of great restaurants!

Great hotel in a perfect location! Only 10 minute walk to MSG and Penn Station. We had an amazing room with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building and right in the heart of Korea Town. One of the staff members even suggested a wonderful brunch place when we arrived. They held our baggage until our room was ready and we were able to check in at 1pm instead of the usual 3pm. We will definitely be staying here again! The only small issue was the noise from the outside construction but it’s New York so that is normal. The air conditioner/ heater was also quite loud but nothing that could take away from the rest of our stay. Thank you!

Amazing hotel. I loved the service and the room. Would recommend!

Great hotel, we even got a room upgrade when we arrived. The people who work there make everything to make you fell comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but all of the rooms I've stayed in New York has been small. The hotel is new, and well located in Mid Town Manhattan close to EVERYTHING.

Hotel was stylish and comfortable. Room was very small, but very nicely finished and very efficient - everything you need, thoughtfully laid out. I loved my stay. Note that I found it very comfortable for one person... it might feel cramped for 2.

Positives: Great location with super helpful friendly staff, even offered free champagne/wine. Great hotel design and ambiance. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing, bed was ok. Negatives: the rooms are small for what you’re paying. It was a loud and noisy stay, could not get a good night sleep due to noisy hallway and neighbors talking loudly and screaming at 2-4am, the walls are also very thin, u could even hear the shower next door. The elevator is pretty slow as well. For the price i’d Look at other options. Overall it was okay.

Great central location, clean comfortable rooms, compact but everything you need. Awesome views and friendly accommodating staff. Would definitely stay again!

Extra unapproved charges for open bar and wifi. Both that i didnt use.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city, but the room wasn’t as neat as it could of been for the price I payed, overpriced for sure

This is a trendy hotel, but the room is way too small, it is impossible to move around.

Nice hotel, great amenities, and friendly staff. The rooms were nice, lots of light, but small.

Hello there, We are glad there were a few positive aspects to your stay, although quite disheartened to hear that our staff did not take your concern as seriously as they should have. We will certainly review this with our team so as to make improvements. We sincerely apologize that your anniversary stay did not meet expectation and can only hope for the chance to make it up to you on a future visit. Warm regards, Carly Carly Antonioli Assistant Front Office Manager
