Very close to Times Square. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and decent

It's been my second time at this hotel and we absolutely love it!! Super convenient location next to Penn Station and we live the cookie treats in the afternoon!! Staff does an amazing job to keep the breakfast area clean and always organized and the rooms as well!! It's our NYC HOTEL!!

Front desk staff very friendly. Hot cookies and fruit at the desk when we arrived. Breakfast was included with nice choices. Felt very safe being in the middle of NY City. Hotel was very clean.

Worked out great for what I needed. 3 friends all stayed there in separate rooms and all had a good experience.

Hotel was very clean. Great staff, excellent daily breakfast choices available. Location was very close to Times Square, stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again with our family of four!

It was very nice for the time we spent there in nyc the staff was helpful and very informative

A very good deal for a good location. A last minute reservation for above average price. Best to get in NYC in a short period.

Central, clean, reasonable price, near Herald Square

The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were all friendly. It's in a very busy area though, and is just down the street from St. Francis, which means there are a lot of homeless in the area. It never felt dangerous, but could come as a bit of a shock if you're from out of town. It's very central and puts you in walking distance of a lot of stuff, and was a good experience overall!

Cant beat the location. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Free breakfast a nice plus

great location. Friendly staff. Small but comfortable room.

Staff friendly..walked me outside to show me parking garage. Love the decor of the room. Offered late check out

The price seemed to be fair and the room seemed to be clean. It was just very small, very tight corners. The staff were very friendly and helpful though. And the location was perfect since we were attending a concert at MSG it was a 3 minute walk. We had an overall very good experience. I am rating it average just because it was nothing special, not because anything was negative.

Horrible! The room was Ice Cold;so we put on the heat and it didn't respond after one hour.. We asked twice for repair and then it was finally fixed. in the middel of the night the heater made horrible noises and at 3:Am we didn't want anybody coming to the room. The next day the heat was fine. The building next to the hotel was torn down and the view we had was another wall.

We visited NYC for a few days and wanted a reasonably priced hotel. We found the Hampton in to be great value, with a friendly staff. Although the room and hotel was very tight (welcome to Manhattan), it had all we were looking for. It was near many subway lines, near Macy's, free WiFi and comfortable and clean rooms. We were also pleasantly surprised that it came with free daily breakfast. I would recommend for families and visitors who want to be in the center of NYC to enjoy the city.

I found myself in the city unexpectedly, and discovered that getting a room at the last minute - even on a tuesday - is a challenge in NYC. Luckily the Hampton Inn had one! The beds were wonderful (I slept for almost 11 hours) The street noise outside was minimal but I was on the 15th floor so that helped. The complimentary breakfast was one of the cleanest, most efficient spreads I've seen of that sort, with lots to choose from and plenty of room to sit & enjoy the meal. The staff was gracious & helpful. With only a 1 night stay I was unable to take advantage of all the amenities but what I did see / use I enjoyed very much. T

My stay was brief, but excellent. The hotel's just a few blocks from Penn Station, and right in the heart of everything. Rooms are a bit small, but not cramped, and very tidy. Staff was VERY courteous and helpful, and the breakfast offered was very good. Will definitely go back.

Plus: Good location, near Madison Sq. Garden and Penn Station. Close to subways. Small, yet comfortable, room. Very helpful, friendly staff. Negatives: It's NYC, so expensive.

I was able to check in 30 minutes early. Continental breakfast was better than continental. 24 coffee service. Room were small but very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again for the price. Under 160 per night for the weekend. Great deal

The hotel, location, and the room are nearly perfect, specially the location is easy access to everything. The staffs are really helpful to guide, best place to stay if you budget money on hotel.
