Service was all around fantastic! If you want to stay in Times Square this is the best location. Room was clean, staff is the best, very secure, great food options and lots of cool history in at the Knick.

I paid for an upgraded room with a very specific view. Upon arrival, I saw that the ENTIRE bullding was covered with a black construction tarp. As expected, this tarp and the scaffolding it was covering blocked the view i had paid for. The listing said nothing about any construction, especially something this severe. The hotel told me tontough it out, and did not even offer a discount to the rate of a regular room (without view).
