Absolutely wonderful hotel! The staff is so pleasant and accommodating! Close to everything including subways! Available luggage storage both before and after our stay. Used car service back to the airport! Will stay here again on our next trip!

The room was ok. The issue was the "noises". Not sure if it was the heater but there was a loud pounding sound the first night then scratching sounds the remaining nights. Also, the housekeeping hours were later than typical. 3:30ish. This is the time we were back in the room getting ready to go out for the evening. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We have a king bed and a sofa bed in our room. The sofa bed is so incredibly uncomfortable that my daughter had to sleep with us in the bed. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast is varied but with low quality products. The breakfast ladies are amazing ; they care and make sure you have what you need.
