Stayed here one night. Booked as a non-refundable rate on a popular booking site - got it for cheap...$127 before taxes. I got my brother a room maybe a couple weeks later and the rate dropped to $112 before taxes. Impressive. I figured that at that rate the hotel must be cutting corners and would be a passable stay. That was completely wrong and I was extremely surprised. The rooms are all brand new looking (I assume renovations were completely recently?), and they are huge (for NYC standards). Full kitchenette? Wow. My room had a full stall shower (maybe 4ft by 4ft? big!). My brother's room had a tub shower, but nice. Bathrooms were very very big and the bed was great. Outlets on both sides. Wifi was very good. My onlyyyyyy complaint was that the only thing they didn't renovate was the floor tile of the stall shower - it looked like your old 1970's tile that needed major updates. Nothing was functionally wrong, but it didnt work too well with the rest of the bathroom that was completely new-looking. Breakfast was excellent. I expected, when I saw they offered free breakfast, that it would be your basic, crowded breakfast that you consider skipping. Completely the opposite. Yes, it was hotel-chain-quality food, but lots of options and big open space for eating, and the food was good, fresh (enough). Waffle maker, oatmeal, eggs, cereal, fruit, juices, breads, bagels, sausages, yogurt...

Love the location, the room was more spacious than I expected and amenities where great. Good breakfast and very friendly staff!

The staff is very helpful. They stored our luggage when we arrived and on our last day in NY.

Love this hotel. Breakfast was great. Charlie at the front desk was kind, courteous and welcoming.

This proerty was very clean and easy to find. I enjoyed the room very much.

Well located, decently equipped, extremely convenient for short and especially for longer sytays. Rich breakfast. Professional and helpful staff.

Great place close to everything less than a mile away from central park and other other attractions

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff and great comfort. Good location

The breakfast was a little bland (bacon only twice in eight days). Coffee was very bitter. Set up a discount with the parking across the road for those with cars. Overall a good location with good food services handy.

This hotel is in a wonderful location. Rooms are clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was great.

There for 4 nights. Liked the fact that it’s away from the crowds, but still only 4 blocks from Grand Central terminal.

Close to Grand Central Station. Around the corner from Rockerfeller Center and a few blocks from Time Square and Broadway. This place also has queen beds which is hard to find in the city. Staff is very friendly and the free hot breakfast is wonderful. No bacon and grits but eggs turkey sausage and potatoes with peppers which is ok. Bagels, waffles (hot) and cereal.

We chose this hotel because of budget and location. It was clean, the staff was mostly friendly, and breakfast was included in the rate (though the breakfast area was small and had a hard time accommodating the large amount of guest traffic). 1) Our room was pretty small. That’s maybe to be expected in NYC. BUT - the bathroom, which was right next to our bed, didn’t have a real door. Instead there was a sliding door which barely covered the door opening and provided no privacy. 2) If you're a Marriott member and are looking to earn points for your stay, be aware you cannot do so by booking through this website. Disappointing to discover that, as we stayed five nights here over the Christmas weekend. Would be nice if orbitz makes it explicitly clear in the booking process. It would have influenced my decision which propert I book ultimately.

Overall nice experience. Very convenient location and easy check in and check out. Very friendly and helpful stuff, easy parking but expensive 65$

Comfortable. Great location. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx .

This hotel was FANTASTIC! It was clean, up-to-date, and convenient to all we wanted to do in NYC. The free breakfast was wonderful - had many different options including warm entrees on the buffet. The staff was super friendly as well. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and highly recommend it!

A typical 3-star hotel near Park avenue. It is clean and nicely located. However, it has thin walls so it can be heard how people talk in a neighbor room. Beds are not comfortable. Although they offer breakfast, it is of very low quality, very crowded and disorganized. I do not recommend booking this hotel exclusively of their breakfasts.

Great location and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again. Valet parking was easy and affordable.

I was easily able to change from a room with a king to 2 queens (for $50/day upgrade fee) on check in. Breakfast is amazing. Kitchenette is wonderful and even includes microwave popcorn (my only complaint is the noise from the fridge). Fruit-infused water and hot chocolate in lobby are also a great bonus.
