This hotel is the best! The room was quiet, spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a wide variety of options at breakfast. Claudia and Carlos were cheerful and welcoming every morning! Thank you for making our week in NYC extra special.

Recently remodeled and mostly great. Bed was not comfortable, transferred a lot of motion from partner while sleeping, and foam pillows were way too thick with no other option. Gym had basics that you need. Breakfast was decent but got very busy right before closing. Our room was quiet which we really appreciated. Elevators were very slow at peak times.

Positives: Overall comfortable rooms, and kitchenette was a big bonus, since we don’t like eating out Great location, walking distance to a lot of things you want to see in NYC Very pleasant and responsive staff Negatives: Mattresses too soft for our liking, but pillows are great Valet service is very expensive and super slow. Almost two hours wait, all due to the fact that parking locations are scattered TVs are blocked from being able to use ROKU. We always bring our Roku to watch whatever we want, but here it was not possible due to some very convoluted scheme to not allow access Breakfast is typical for most hotels, and if you are trying to eat healthy, there is always oatmeal and boiled eggs Overall, not bad. But we will likely look at other places next time due to the reasons described above.
