This hotel was FANTASTIC! It was clean, up-to-date, and convenient to all we wanted to do in NYC. The free breakfast was wonderful - had many different options including warm entrees on the buffet. The staff was super friendly as well. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and highly recommend it!

A typical 3-star hotel near Park avenue. It is clean and nicely located. However, it has thin walls so it can be heard how people talk in a neighbor room. Beds are not comfortable. Although they offer breakfast, it is of very low quality, very crowded and disorganized. I do not recommend booking this hotel exclusively of their breakfasts.

Great location and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again. Valet parking was easy and affordable.

I was easily able to change from a room with a king to 2 queens (for $50/day upgrade fee) on check in. Breakfast is amazing. Kitchenette is wonderful and even includes microwave popcorn (my only complaint is the noise from the fridge). Fruit-infused water and hot chocolate in lobby are also a great bonus.

The Staff at the hotel from front desk to bellmen to housekeeping were absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful, and able to smile, and have some humor about them, which for NYC is great praise. They were caring and responsive. The hotel has high traffic so things like carpets in the hallways look like they could do with at least a good cleaning, the free breakfast is a rather unpleasant stampede of people elbowing their way to bad scrambled eggs etc. so I would skip that. Reminded me of international highway roadhouse restaurants. The only other thing I would beg for would be a decent sofa bed. It was an option we needed to use, and although the staff tried to pad it with blankets to soften the dreaded bar in the mid back it was really quite inadequate. I am also concerned with the lack of safety bars and non skid surfaces in the bath/shower. Those should be in every room. We were given an option to switch to room with a shower( ADA I am sure) but there was construction on that side of the building and the front desk advised us against it because of the noise. My mother who is 88 and in pretty good shape could not turn the shower bath faucet on, and was extremely careful in the bath/shower. Those who are slightly unsteady on their feet in a bath shower should avoid this. I am in a comparable extended stay hotel on business in Chicago for two weeks now and it is properly outfitted.

Very modern renovated hotel that is fairly close to grand central. Staff was very friendly except for a minor miscommunication from staff. Very good for the price!

excellent hotel. staff was nice. location was excellent. breakfast was really good.

We booked all King Rooms and when we arrived we were told none available. Very unaccommodating staff. However the breakfast was good and the cleanliness was good as well. The staff was not very understanding or accommodating at all.

This hotel way exceeded my expectations. It had the warm unhurried friendliness of a suburban hotel but a very international atmosphere. The room was incredibly comfortable, tucked away and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of room for everyone. The staff were everywhere, friendly and efficient. They seemed glad to be there and eager to help.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour gym, and complimentary breakfast (you find an open table and can grab as much food as you'd like). Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

Very comfortable, excellent breakfast included, laundry available for guest use was perfect when traveling, helpful staff, good location with many restaurants nearby. I will definitely return there.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at this hotel. Weary and with our 3 children we arrived at 630am. Even though check in was hours away, they managed to get one room for us which was great. We were able to have a good breakfast in the lobby and then get some rest. Staff were always super helpful and friendly. Breakfast everyday was great. Even though a bit crowded closer to Thanksgiving we were still able to get breakfast easily. Rooms were clean and roomy. Location was excellent.. Easy access to subway and Grand Central. Really loved this hotel. Would stay here on our next trip to NY.

The rooms are comfortable and clean and offer big value for the price, especially for NYC -- it's hard to beat. But the outstanding value of this hotel is the staff -- friendly, so helpful, and customer-centered. The bellman are top rate. The hot breakfast is also a perk. The only criticism is that it can be difficult to get a cab, but the bellman do their best and get the job done. Grocery store just 2 1/2 blocks away.

Perfect hotel, perfect location and it includes free breakfast!

I was placed here after a fire in my bldg. I was so happy to be in such a nice suite I almost didn't want to go home One thing I didn't know was the price. I had to extend due to circumstances and .blew through my ins $$. I didn't know if I had a smaller room I would have gotten another 2 wks. I did complain about an employee there who I thought should have given me an adjustment as I spent over 13,000 dollars there and she wouldn't speak to me My next time I was looking for a room I was a bit embarrassed but was greeted by the manager and was assured they would do everything to make my stay as perfect as they could. I love this hotel it has a nice kitchen in every room, it's not huge so it's a cozy feel with a great location. The staff is very accommodating especially the desk clerks. It is my number one choice in Manhattan my only complaint is the prices they are quite high some nights but it has a full kitchen and to me it's quiet and like a home away from home. Love this place just had a little glitch with one employee and that was resolved they actually DO read your comments when you leave.

Very good, top to bottom. Attentive staff, very spacious rooms for NYC. Pleasure and business amenities that are hard to beat. Close to NYC attractions, theatre, restaurants, shopping, bus and subway. Excellent room cleanliness. Quiet area!
