It’s a really nice hotel, but the area is HORRIBLE ! Around the hotel is a crack house. It’s a shame Bc the hotel is excellent.

Pros: Great location near Penn Station, mini kitchen included. Cons: Smelled like weed the entire time we were there, both in the hallways and downstairs.

Nice Location. Room size was good for NYC for 5 people. The fridge made a whining noise all the time and when we called they said we could unplug it b/c they all make that noise. We paid for a room with a fridge so we found this unacceptable. Breakfast was hit or miss -- sometimes there was some good stuff sometimes there was pretty much nothing but bread and yogurt. Staff was super nice and helpful. People put trash in the hall and it sat for a day and a half and then we said something and it was removed. All in all not a horrible experience - you get what you pay for.

The property was 10 minutes walking to the restaurant I had reservations for Dinner.

The hotels location is great. Right in the center between Times Square and the Empire State Building. A walking distance of about 10 minutes to both. The only downfall is the housekeeping service. When we arrived the remote to the TV wasn’t working. Called and requested to have it checked or replaced but after 3 attempts and no follow up we just left it. Somehow they had a shortage of towels. Due to covid daily room service is no longer available which is understandable but one would think if a hotel gust is requesting fresh towels 2 days into there stay it wouldn’t be a problem. Wrong! My husband, son and. I used the same 3 towels for our 5 day stay. Once again I called, left messages and even went in person to the front desk requesting fresh towels for 3 days straight to finally be told that there wasn’t enough towels to provide me with and that I would be placed on a waiting list because housekeeping only worked from 10am to 5pm. Finally to top it off the smell of weed was so strong throughout the hotel especially in our room we had to keep our window open when it was 37degrees outside. Ridiculous.

Excellent stay, accommodation and service. A correct cleaning.

Close to Penn Station and Times Square. Free wifi and good complimentary breakfast. Courteous, friendly, helpful staff. Nicely appointed rooms. The pull-out twin bed wasn’t really usable except for a small child. There was a hair on a towel. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Those were minor. Everything else was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Looks ok but the staff is the WORST staff I have ever seen and I have personally worked at some very low end hotels. They are always rude, lied to me about a free early check-in, the minifridge made a loud squealing noise, the microwave didn't hear well, the dishwasher was broken, the heat in the room only worked for 10min and would then shut off and blow cold, and the dryer that we paid nearly $4 to dry 1 load didn't work. The staff met every complaint with shoulder shrugs, attitude, and glares. It's too bad this pretty hotel, with nice hot water, and in a good location is ruined by 24-7 rude staff.

We loved the roof top terrace and courtyard out back for just hanging as a family. Also the location is great and the staff was fantastic!

Staff was excellent! Perfect location! Clean & spacious rooms.

Great location, helpful staff members, clean, good breakfast and snacks. I would definitely come back again

Very nice and clean room. Will definitely book this hotel again. Suite was also stocked with lots of goodies and drinks for our arrival.

Location is great... Walkable distance from Times Square and all attractions in downtown

Breakfast was good. Room was small but nice. Employees friendly.

I loved this hotel!!!! I really loved the fact that they served turkey bacon and sausage for breakfast. So many places serve pork only and don’t think about those who don’t eat pork or beef. The hotel room itself was awesome with space plus a full refrigerator, a stove, sink and dishwasher. (A full kitchen)
