Staff was very attentive and helpful. We had a fantastic weekend at the property. One note, if you plan to go to the rooftop bar, reserve your spot well in advance

The shower wasn't great and the sink wouldn't drain. Very upsetting.

We asked for a higher floor (we were celebrating a birthday) if it was possible but got the 5th floor. it seemed like everyone else we kept encountering on the elevator was got placed on a higher floor. Definitely disappointing especially since I paid extra for a deluxe room. Regardless, the room was pretty nice. Too bad our phone didn’t work so we couldn’t order room service or complain that our bathtub (which was a main reason for booking) wouldn’t even fill. These were addressed later but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I just have poor luck with hotels.

The room is wayyy too over priced for the small space provided . I stay here a night and did $800 i could have gotten a much larger suite at another hotel

This was such an amazing room with a great view and great location! The Hudson studio is well worth the price Check in was not great :( We got there at 2pm and did not get in our room until 5pm
