Location was great, the place is long in the tooth

Central location to all theaters

Close to Times Square. Clean. Friendly staff.

Convenient location. Room with a queen and a bunk bed was perfect for our needs. Room was clean but the furniture and paint were definitely showing some wear and tear.

Front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful Elevators and small and slow. The rooms are extremely small and the hallways extremely noisy

There was no hot water in the morning by 9:00 am.

this hotel is dusgusting and puts me in the mind of a hostel. the rooms are tiny and the beds are hard. the linens had holes in them. all of the furniture in the room was tore up, ragedy, and old.

I got COVID and couldn’t travel. They never answered my many calls. Horrible customer service. Do not pay these people in advance.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Bunk beds were a little slanted and so were uncomfortable.

The rooms were dirty when arriving with piss on the toilet seat, had no towels that had to ask for and had to get new pillow cases because they were dirty. Also checking in the room was 76 degrees and asked them to fix it which did nothing so was hot at night while trying to sleep.

Great street for the price and location. Felt safe. Room very small but that's nyc living. One block from all the action in times square. AC didn't work well and couldn't be adjusted. But i didn't completion for the price.

Very good installation remodeled, clean Very friendly staff

Our stay was fine. Convenient location. Room is small, but doesn’t matter since we were just there to sleep. Would have preferred the room to be cleaner. The bedsheets seemed dirty. Not worth the price for the room, the price is only based on location, not for room quality

Property was a neat place with a cool look to it but was quite outdated. The premium room was pretty small and outdated but very clean. Staff were all very friendly. The elevators need some serious help.. there are 3 of them but they are really small fitting 4 or 5 people at most so many times we waited long periods to find one not full. At check out it we waited 25 minutes to get off the floor.

The room was small Staff was rude Building was under construction

There was nothing unique about the property. I disliked the property because the heater didn’t work it blew cold air the shower had no cover so water leaked into the floor, and cold air was seeming through the window. We won’t be back!

Good hotel

It was a good value, booked at the last minute, and delivered the needed room and service.

The hotel’s proximity to everything we wanted to do was fantastic, but there were some issues. Our TV malfunctioned multiple times and got different responses from different people from the front desk. Our bed was very creaky, turning in our sleep creaky. One of the shower lights were flickering so much it turned our bathroom into a strobe. Upon check out, we found out the lobby bathroom had flooded but the woman behind the counter was nice enough to give us our key back to our room with no issues. Overall, it was a nice stay but recurrent little issues built up.
