Staff was great and room was clean! Great location and walkable to many places. The only complaint if any was the small elevators. Some people waited a awaits to get down but it’s a hotel and if that’s the only complaint then highly recommend!

Although the room is not very big, it is clean, well maintained, and fully functional. The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—right in the heart of New York and very central. The only issue we had was that the cleaner initially did not leave coffee or coffee cups. We had to ask the front desk three times before it was finally resolved. Overall, we would still highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very small and older, but gets the job done to have a decent priced room near midtown/Times Square. Walking distance of Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Times Square, plenty of food, and more.
