The only negative was the elevator setup. Two small elevators which the staff also uses - it gets a little obnoxious. Other than that, the location was great and the stay was good.

This was my first time in New York so I was a bit surprised at the size of the room (being from the Midwest, they are smaller than I’m used to) but I understand that space isn’t abundant in the city. However, the room was clean and the furnishings nice. The floors were not carpeted, which I appreciate. The hotel was within walking distance, or located close to the subway, of many sites that we planned to see and I never felt unsafe walking in the neighborhood.

room had some dust. Getting additional towels and sheets took longer than expected. Room service kept things tidy and was very helpful. Front desk was accommodating. These rooms are not family friendly, but we made it work. Overall not a bad experience.
