Good location and price, excellent staff. Bedside outlets couldn't fit my phone charger :-(

We arrived early in the morning. We did not expect that we was able to get a room until check in time. Fortunately, the hotel reception has had let us know that we can check in because they had room ready... so nice!!

+ Really liked the location and proximity to restaurants, events, colleges, and transportation services. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was a very nice hotel. I don't have anything to say other than it was clean and had very comfy beds. The location is amazing too. Although its a bit misleading that its location is closer to k-town than being deeper in Chelsea.

Very clean, very nice, great location (right across the street from a police station), friendly staff. Wi-fi worked great. The front desk allowed me to check in, in the morning because our flight arrived early (we didn't have to wait until 4 pm check-in time). We were just going to leave our luggage if they didn't have a room ready yet. Only 2-3 minute walk from 28 Street Station for Route 1 (red) to go to South Ferry Station (without train transfer), since we had a Liberty/Ellis island tour while in NYC. The only minor issue was, we had no idea that we were supposed to have bottled water (free of charge) until the night front desk lady told us. The same lady was so nice to tell us what train to take. We will definitely consider this hotel if we go back to NYC in the future.

My stay here was really everything I hoped it would be for my birthday weekend. The staff was friendly, and helpful and I really enjoyed the coziness of the room. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for a quick weekend in the city to see a show and friends—super close to the Metro and walking distance to dinner, our show and even the Highline. Friendly staff, clean and modern and a great lounge/breakfast area plus couches out front and a fun pub next door. Awesome!

Coffee shop employees were friendly-engaging in small talk while attending our needs and stopping by our table to ensure we were satisfied. The hotel was very clean-even the laundry room located on C level. Staff were eager to pass on information on taxi's and places to eat. One of the staff even took our picture in front of the beautiful lobby mural. Felt safe in and outside the hotel at all times of the day-comfortable seating!

Let's face it, New York ain't cheap, and you get what you pay for. My expectations were not that high when I booked Courtyard by Marriott in Chelsea - we chose based mostly on location. But they were exceeded at every turn. First off, we arrived around 12:30 to drop off our bags. The clerk informed me that our room was ready and they'd be happy to check us in - even though the official check-in is not until 4pm. Public areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean. The hotel is reasonably secure and elevators work based on key cards. Personnel seem very sharp and alert and recognized us as we came and went. We chose a room with two double beds. It was reasonably appointed but not lavish. It was a nice oasis from the hustle and bustle of NYC. The bathroom was excellent - the shower stall appears newer, with great water pressure and a nice selection of soaps and shampoos. One caveat: the hotel is located across the street from a police station, so you may hear loud sirens at night. Still, it can be a blessing to have New York's finest so close at hand.

Great stay the only recommendation I have is to get all three elevators working. A little slow during peak hours with only two elevators working. But the excellent staff and great location allowed made up for it!

I've stayed in a few NYC hotels and this one was perfect! Very close to the Highline, the subway, and nearby restaurants. Trust me for NYC the rooms are quite big! We stayed in a room with a king bed and it was spacious enough for two. The hotel lobby has a nice, quick to go breakfast cafe and a 24 hour mini market. Mini-fridge in room was also clutch given that many NYC hotels don't have one.

This hotel was a short walk from the concert we were going to at Madison Square Garden. It was also clean and comfy but was lacking a few things. Breakfast was not included which would have been nice. The cable was horrible, with many channels scrambled. The room was very small (that may just be a NY thing though). And it annoyed me that my room wasn't available until the exact minute of check in time, even after I had went up to the desk two hours earlier. Other than that, if you're looking for a decent place to sleep near all the action, this is it.

Clean, great location, staff is very friendly and great overall stay. The only recommendation that I have is that the hotel improve the wifi signal somehow; access to free internet offered by the hotel was very slow, you could purchase upgrade to make it faster but a guest at a hotel shouldn't have to pay for usable access to wifi. Would definitely recommend.

When arriving without leaving with our Uber driver each time, there was no place to pull off of the road in front of the hotel. It is a bit dangerous since there is constant traffic there. there is also only a cafe and no in house restaurant. The hotel was very clean, with a great view and spacious accommodations .

Each one of the staff is extremely customer service focused offering friendly greetings and quick responses to any questions. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to the Manhattan area.

We had a good visit during our 6 night stay the only bad thing was our room had a connecting door to another room and we could hear everything next door.

What really helped was being on a high floor, with an open view. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable. The staff was low key, but also available. It was a great place to come back to, after a day out on the town.

Very accessible to everything, the room is nice and clean. The staff are very nice.I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
