The front office staff were excellent. We were met with a very cheerful and upbeat pair of young ladies. check-in was a breeze, which was great after our long journey. The room was clean and a nice size for a midtown Manhattan hotel. We loved the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. The breakfast room team were efficient. Breakfast was what you would typically see at an holiday inn. Although we were only there for one night, we enjoyed our stay.

Great property close to all the action in NYC near Times Square. We stay here every 3 months when we take the train to NYC. The staff is always super friendly and they gave us great advice about taking the train to the US Open Instead of an uber. Will continue to stay at this great property which also has great views of the city depending on which floor you stay on. The upper floors have the best views of course.

They never clean my room. I called several times, stayed four nights, and my room was cleaned only once, no matter how many times I put the clean room " sign. I even talked to the cleaning person, and she never showed up to clean my room. Awful experience
