Great stay in an excellent location, especially convenient for catching shows on Broadway and within walking distance of Times Square and other major attractions.Check-in was fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a relaxing experience. Another big plus is the proximity to NY Penn Station,about a 10-minute walk, which made getting around very convenient. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast was not included with the room and it was expensive. Overall, a great choice for location, comfort, and service in NYC.

Awesome location for Javits and Broadway shows. The room was not as cramped as others in the city, and had enough space for work. Wonderful housekeeping. Close to a main subway station and just about anything you'd want.

Good location for Javitz Center events. Two week stay in mid February; staff, especially reception/front desk was exceptionally courteous except for the dining staff, (rude on several occasions). Room was cleaned each day without needing to request and everything was tidy. Elevators are a bit antiquated and have some malfunctions but work fine overall - unless traffic is heavy (mainly mornings).
