The room was very clean and a good size for two people. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast buffet was delicious and larger than we had expected! Great bacon and eggs especially. Also, the location of the hotel right next to Port Authority was perfect since we came by bus. Would recommend to anyone!

Nicole, front desk agent was a pleasure she felt like a long time friend. She was friendly & helpful, my flight got in early and they accommodated me with an earlier check in and before that they checked my bags so I could sight see till the room was ready.
