Nicole, front desk agent was a pleasure she felt like a long time friend. She was friendly & helpful, my flight got in early and they accommodated me with an earlier check in and before that they checked my bags so I could sight see till the room was ready. Within walking distance of Times Square. Room looked and felt clean. Water pressure was good. AC worked well but a little loud. Beds were hard, so if you have to sleep on soft mattresses I would probably look elsewhere. Overall worth the price compared to other hotels around.
