Bathroom light wasnt working so they moved me. After that my breakfast was delayed 2 hrs. Then they closed and moved me to another location. That location had bed bugs and I got vitten. All they did was move me to a new room with no apologies.

Nice staff. comfy beds, decent Wall St. location. Very small room (King bed with "sofa") so it was good the window opened a bit for fresh air even though it was cold out. Nobody helps with unloading a car full of luggage and no Valet parking. I unloaded myself onto the one available luggage rack and then walked a block and a half to the associated garage. Also. there was no restaurant so no room service. Sofa bed in room was VERY worn (dirty). There is no way to fit 4 people unless 2 are very small children. This used to be a 3 1/2 star property. Now its a 3 and its obvious why. The elevators worked well but try squeezing a luggage cart from the elevator around a tight corner to your room and you get STUCK! Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

Loved that the property was on Wall Street. We had a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. Staff was fabulous.

Everything was horrible. First time got into the very dirty room. Second thing the heater wasn’t blowing hot air and some guy came and said it will take couple minutes and it was blowing cold air all night... next day couldn’t open the door because the lock was broke. The manager had to break the door and it was horrible. They offered to move to a different room after we took all of our stuff out... the guy was fixing the lock for couple hours so had to skip breakfast and wait until he fixes it... then there’s was a problem with the key and we didn’t have a key for 2 days. Also they didn’t have any other same rooms available that’s why didn’t wanna move . Rooms are very small, much smaller than we expected. Staff was absolutely rude and acted like we owe them something ... so decided to show my mom beautiful New York views and got so disappointed. Horrible hotel and service!!!!

Property was old and not terribly clean. Breakfast and attendant were fantastic.

Elevator took too long to go up and down during peak time. Couple receptionists were not professional for answering questions. Room was kind of small. I wish there is more space for hanging clothes especially in winter time. Other than these, everything else were good.

The building is old, and rooms are tiny. Parking near hotel are more expensive than it stated in the ad. Staff doesn’t know that they can validate the parking for clients.

good central location, easy to get anywhere. Breakfast a bit poor and not every food available each morning.

Bien limpia, elpersonal atento y muy buena ubicación. Tres lineas de metro cerca

The rooms are small and cramped for almost $200 a night I was ecpecting more. The cost for valet is also ridiculous.

Great location relative to Wall Street. I was a little surprised my room didn't have a desk chair. But when I checked with the desk they said they were in the process of replacing them. The elevators take a while every time I rode them, so give yourself an extra 5 minutes when you leave.

Really helpful check in woman, good breakfast, easy to use valet

Family friendly. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Nice location. Parking is just little bit too far away.

We loved the location. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. The room was super clean, very spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room, free breakfast was good.

The hotel is clean and very convenient to the FiDi district. And the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is larger than other hotel rooms in NYC however I didn't have hot water for the last 2 days of my stay and that was rough.
