After my stay at the hotel, i realized i left a very valuable item of clothing in the room i stayed at. After i called them the first day they told me to call back tomorrow to get in touch with the lost and found which is what i did. I left a voicemail and after 3 days i was so fed up i called and spoke to the front staff about not returning my call and about my important item i needed back. After the lady didnt understand me when i kept saying a female bodysuit and the exact description, room number and date she kept saying no we do not have a male suit. By the time i returned to the hotel on my last day in ny to physically find my bodysuit, the staff told me the lost and found was closed and couldnt do anything about it.

The room was more than adequate, clean and fresh. The lobby was very attractively decorated for Christmas. The staff was pleasant and courteous. HOWEVER they lack any sort of food service and that is too bad.

Way too hot in the room, furnace but no AC unit. Shower and sink leaked. Dirty Qtips behind the tv stand. Front desk clerks not very friendly.

This Hotel was built for the New York World's Fair in 1964. It's different because it offers on site parking in their garage! Have seen two TV shows shot there - most recently The Blacklist, and years ago in an Law & Order re-run. While it's kind of beat up and shows it's age, the Hotel seems to be kept up pretty good. An old friend that I knew that attended the same trade show as me at the Javits Convention Center, recommended it to me originally, and I have always gone back.

We were very surprised that time square was just a 10 min walk up the street. Hotel is one of the few that has their own parking garage and only 23 a day. Nice litlle diner right next door, good breakfast. Overall very happy with our trip

Easy goto central of shopping center in New York. Walking to Subway goto Anywhere. Far away to JFK airport.

Great location to where you need to go in new york city

Save your money and don't be deceived by the location. Sure it's few blocks away from Times Square yet it's 15 min walk atleast to the closest attraction. I'd rather recommend staying in a decent hotel away from Downtown and commute which will save you a lot! There's no Wifi or Break fast, the heater doesn't work and the Bathroom door doesn't close! Beds were really firm and the sizes were smaller than advertised! Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any Friends or Family

We came in the morning with 2 kids and are able to checkin early at 9am. Staff was very nice and rooms are clean, its a value for money as every thing is very near by, we love the room as it has a view as well. very good experience and we would return to this hotel.

The hotel has a great location. Convenient to all the action. They have their own parking garage at an amazing price/day. They have a pool! In the city! The staff was very helpful. The room was roomy and confortable with plenty of space for 4 people! Would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel was nice over all but the matters are not good at all

I did arrive early in my room let's get ready so I had to wait two hours.

Nice place, great location. Walking distance from time square and central park. Good bars and restaurants very close by. Rooms are kinda small but u guess thats common but would stay again for sure

Hotel was located within walking distance to Terminal 5.

La estadia agradable. El personal educado pero muy poco comunicativos. Personal de Seguridad atentos. El door man cooperador y simpatico.

Had a great time.... already planning on going back there next year

the whole family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. lovely area , walking distance to good food and good music

Have been staying at this hotel for over 20 yrs. and don't really have any bad complaints. Disappointed that the free parking is no longer included in the free amenities. But, hey!... $20.00 for a 24 hr. period isn't bad for NYC. and, you never have to give your car keys to a stranger...you park the car yourself. The ladies at the front desk are most helpful. Reminder to all. No matter how tired you maybe on your arrival. Don't take it out at the front desk. Politeness and respect always wins. Try it. It cost nothing, and the rewards are bountiful. Will be returning again next summer.

Decent location, nice deli steps away and great pool !

Within walking distance of Times Square. Very clean. Not fancy but adequate for the price.
