I came here with my husband for a quick weekend getaway and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We were in the brownstone suite which was really beautiful and has a spacious sit down area for tv watching and what I loved the most was the huge soaking tub! We took baths each day twice a day. The bathsalts smell amazing and really aided in relaxation. The only thing I would have changed about our room is the fact that it was facing the street so you get some of the noise in the middle of the night but with some white noise playing on our phones we were able to block it out. The service was amazing from booking the room to check in and check out. I ordered an ice bucket for our champagne and it was in our room in less than 3 minutes. Lastly the rooftop lounge was INCREDIBLE!! What a view of the city!! You just check it out when you stay. We will definitely come Back to this hotel when we are back in the city! P.s the hotel is conveniently located a block away from the train and surrounded by restaurants, deli's and shops Katherine :)

The service was average and when the service desk attendant answer the phone, he was not easy to understand. Rushed or had too many other issues to attend to at the time of answering the phone. The rooms were very clean each day.

I've enjoyed many stays at the Park South. The staff is terrific, especially Rachel at the Front Desk and Chuck the doorman. The entire staff is unfailing polite (yes there are polite people in New York) and helpful. The location (less than a block from the subway) is ideal for the museums. One caveat: the rooms facing inside near the top can be noisy when the Rooftop bar is open. Thankfully it closes down at midnight on the weekends.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff; clean and spacious rooms, great bar and restaurant. OK value for money on the room, but then I stayed during NY Fashion week when prices go up!!

Park South Hotel was a really nice place to stay in NYC. It was in a great location with easy access to the Metro and Subways. The rooms were nice clean and the bed was very comfortable. The onsite amenities were good too, while the roof top bar was really nice too.

I frequent this hotel a couple times due to work trips and having so the receptionist remembered my face and it was a warm feeling! I felt I was appreciated and not just another guest. They have many social events for when you get off work and extremely knowledgeable. I would stay here , again!

This is our preferred hotel for business trips to New York. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the location is very convenient. The rooftop bar is also wonderful. The hours could be a little later though, it closes too early. Doesn't really allow guests to enjoy the night air as much

A very nice, convenient hotel in the flat iron district. Great service, clean (though small) rooms, not too big & noisy. We were going to a family function & needed two room w/o breaking the bank. The park South fit the bill. It also has a cool roof bar & good restaurant.

A very good hotel with optimal service. Highly recommended. The roomrates are high, but location are in top and the rooftop bar perfect. We have stayed at the hotel 3 times before and we are very pleased with every thing

I made a reservation for 3 nights for 3 people. We only had 2 little bottles of shower. On arriving there was dust in the cupboard and the door of the night table was spotted. On the 3 days we are refused to the rooftop without knowing why. No coffee machine or tea in the room ...
