the hotel was in a perfect location, we walked everywhere and there was also multiple subway stations right near by. The food in the restaurant/pub in the hotel was really good, the boneless wings and ceaser salad were amazing. Edgar who worked there was great too. The rooms were really big which is surprising for nyc and everything was clean. Overall great stay.

Checked in around 4pm and couldn’t watch tv on the room because of some issue and later that evening, still wasn’t fixed. A working TV is the least you can expect from a $500+ room in manhattan. Plus the bar closes very early so provided no access to food when we got home from a family party so just not a great experience.

Although there's something misunderstanding regarding the breakfast included but it is smoothly solved. I recommend this place strongly if you want to go somewhere at Downtown Mahattan in a walkable distance.
