Such a nice place! The rooftop bar had spectacular views and lots of seating inside and outside. The marketplace by the lobby had lots of snack options, including gluten-free. Our room had a swivel chair and table next to the window. Great view without paying extra for it. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Window opens a crack, enough to take a picture or hear city sounds. The hotel is located in Times Square, but not directly in a crowded area, which we liked. We look forward to returning in the future!

The location is great. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Labeling this a luxury hotel was a bit of a stretch though. Basic lobby, rooms, mattresses, bed coverings, pillows, etc.
