Located directly off Times Square, it’s perfect for walking to just about anything. Safe to say that it’s an approx 10 minute walk to Broadway, 15 min to Central Park and there are always Ubers close. Everyone is so kind during our stays and we did get to finally do the rooftop tour of the hotel which was just beautiful. The only thing I would improve are the beds, if you need a soft bed and pillows, these are not for you. The valets are great as well, and they have to somehow cram your car into a parking garage so be sure to tip them accordingly!! Love it here and plan on returning next fall :-)

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The room I stayed in was a nice size. The rooms were very clean the housekeeping staff was great. I did feel safe staying there because they check for your room key before you go upstairs. My two drawbacks are: The prices for the hotel are a bit high for there to be no amenities. What I was told to be a deposit was not refunded so I ended up being charged an extra $300. Knowing that moving forward I would stay there again.
