Our trip was great and returning to our room every evening was like coming back to relaxation. Even with issues (stomach), (computer ck in), etc that I had, your staff helped me. And they did it with kindness and a caring smile!! Everyone was great & with restaurant, bar, Happy Hour on the roof. I would definitely recommend!!!

Nice hotel, great location, good value We’ve stayed here a couple of times & really enjoyed our stay

Good location on this side of NYC. The overall hotel only has air or heat so when we got there (it's March) it was on heat but a whopping 74 degrees in the room and we could not get it to cool down. The front desk had engineers come turn the room to air since it was so hot but then at night it got down to 61 degrees. Other than that, everything else was good.

Great stay except for the staff - not just 1 but 3 - seems that’s a criteria for hiring - be rude to client - mostly the first one I encountered - she’s rushing to leave - she makes me wait then other client came in - she checked them in - is she’s being racist to asian? You tell me

When we arrived the lady at the front desk greeted us by saying "Hello, where did you park?" & I replied "Down the street" & she said "On the street where?" & I replied "Not too far from here." Not knowing why she was so concerned with where we parked.I later found out that the hotel had a parking garage. However I was not driving. We checked in.And my friend went to use the bathroom. She washed her hands and the sink was clogged so she called the front desk & a man came and fixed it.Then later on we couldnt figure out the shower it wasnt user friendly you had to pressed the two parts together and then turn?! Which we found out when has someone come & show us & even he said "You kinda have to press hard then turn" & then as hes explaining hes trying to fix something that was apparently not attached on the showerhead. This all happened Saturday. On Sunday we left out and I had put all my items together neatly & so did my friend that shared the room with me so that when the cleaning lady came she wouldnt have to move anything. We went to a International Artist Trade show on Saturday and we both had bags. However I had a few more bags and I folded all my smaller bags and put them in the bigger bag which I had paid for and was a collectors item.I tucked them neatly in this little area right next to my luggage. We left to go to another show and when we came back my bags were gone!! I was highly upset!!And no one brought extra blankets we asked for.The guy said a few minutes & never came

Nice accommodations, kind of small rooms but clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful whenever I needed anything. I would stay again.

This Hotel was central located in Chinatown. Perfect location of restaurants and shopping. Staff was excellent and caring. Security was amazing.

We stayed here right upon its opening. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and the location fantastic. Everything we needed w had-rooms are tiny, but they always seem to be in NYC.

Get corner room on 16th floor with a nice view of Manhattan Bridge, then the floor to ceiling window over Bowery - lots of light which is unusual for NYC hotels, medium sized. Great location in Chinatown, close to various subway stops. Friendly professional staff.

They hotel was very clean. The employees were all nice. The only complaint would be that there is no door on the shower and it caused me to use extra towels to keep water from going everywhere. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Its in a good location to wonder around Chinatown. Just 2 blocks to Little Italy. The room was decent in size. My only issues were the expensive parking rate and my room had a slight odor.

Very nice suite room, lot of space and light from outside. Staffs are so helpful and nicely, very professional.

Staff was amazing!!! The view from our room was awesome!!! Nothing bad to say about my visit!!

A very comfortable hotel to stay ! I staff was awesome friendly

Very clean and comfortable. Attended an event at the Bowery Ballroom and it was only a couple blocks away. Very modern and looks new or newly renovated. The floor to ceilings windows provide a wonderful view of the city skyline!

This is a outstanding one among the crowded, noisy and dirty hotels in Chinatown.

We had lunch at the "Chinese Mission" on Orchard Street, near Stanton. Quirky, cool location and excellent food. Attemded an event near at World Trade Center; 9/11 Tribute Center. The location on Bowery near Canal St. is right in the hub of Chinatown and Lower Manhattan. Hotel is brand new. Rooms were small but efficient. Nice modern bathroom. great view from the 7th floor balcony.

This was a great place! We loved it. It was close to the subway, Soho, Tribeca, Little Italy and the Village.

My stay at the Wyndham Garden Inn was quite pleasurable, I would love to stay there again the next time I visit the city. The staff was phenomenal and hospitality. The bell boy and front desk attendant were very helpful by assisting us by suggesting good restaurants nearby and helping us to hail a taxi when we needed one.
