Always excellent service. The staff responded to requests quickly and courteously. Be aware that rooms below floor 12 which are listed as "park view" will only give you views of the trees on 59th street. Maintenence can be spotty, as the seals on the windows in my room were loose and the latches to close them were not able to operate properly. Proximity to MTA and the park is unequaled in the city and well worth staying here.

The bed frame was uncomfortable, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no central lighting in the bedroom area. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

This is not a 5 star. 4 at best. Older hotel, very hot, great views, fast elevator. Rooms were dark Shower didn’t have conditioner, TV wasn’t plugged in, room was never cooler than 77degrees

We really liked this hotel! And it’s dog friendly! Beautiful, clean, airy rooms. The room overall was a 10/10. The food and cocktails from the hotel room service were so good. Conveniently located across the street from Central Park. Would highly recommend!
