Hi, I want a refund. The hotel is under construction and very dusty and dirty. The hotel room was dirty and the shower had silt/sand all over it. We could not get the heat to go above 62 degrees, despite boosting it to 90. We were VERY cold all night (it was bout 40 at night) and I called down to the concierge several times and NO ONE ANSWERED. I left a message. I expect a refund.

There wasnt a coffee pot in the room (may be due to covid) the light fixture in the bathroom looked like it was about to come off. Overall, clean hotel, just needs a lot of fixing. Wont be staying there next time.

Location = A , Cleanliness and quality = D, Price = A. Great Location on Central Park. Peeling paint ceiling, walls, bathroom, wallpaper. Rust and water stains. Beds uncomfortable. No restaurants or food service open. Price through Orbitz was great for where it was located. If you just need a central location, a place to lay your head and put your stuff and know you'll be out most of the day, it's great.

Loved the room and the view was amazing. Junior Suite on 31st floor. Will definitely go back!

Qell locarec, classy building, great views, friendly staff

Bathrooms are old and need to be updated Poor shower

Great location! BUT this property is beat it needs a deep cleaning, the carpets are gross in the rooms & common areas. Staff - everyone was friendly. No coffee maker in the room. Overall 3 out of 5 On line Pictures are deceiving!!

The location of the Park Lane is perfect for those wanting to discover Central Park. The rooms are larger than other hotels I've stayed at in Manhatten. I wish there was a coffee pot or way of making boiling water in the room for a late night hot tea.

Overall, very friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful location across from Central Park.
