Very small rooms compounded by bulky bed and inefficient room layout. Really was not great value vs. other hotels nearby. On the positive side, rooms were very clean, water pressure was very strong, nice little cafeteria area with 24/7 coffee, tea and hot water on the ground floor. Close to Grand Central.

Pretty darn good

The staff was amazing, the croissants were delicious, the shower was the perfect temperature and the bed was comfortable! I only have 2 complaints, which is why this is 4 star instead of 5. 1) The conditioner in the shower is awful. Cheap Pantene is 10x better than the stuff they’re using. 2) It’s noisy. This can be solved by the guest bringing inexpensive silicone ear plugs from Walmart. But when I tell you it’s noisy, it isn’t just the lack of insulation to dampen NYC noise, but they also have no stripping around the room doors, so you end up hearing everything from the room next door. When I can hear them (clearly) scan their key card, you know it could be approved. But on Fridays, the have fresh-squeezed OJ, chocolates and some sort of event in the afternoon. (I couldn’t attend). They also gave a huge complimentary bottle of water and credits to use toward the mini-bar, so I never had to wander around NYC thirsty. It was a wonderful perk. It is also so close to Grand Central and Time Square. If you can cancel out the noise, it’s definitely worth a stay!

Beautiful Boutique hotel stay

The room was cute and quaint and perfect for solo traveling. I was allowed to get free items from the mini-bar, had Voss water and Nespresso as complimentary drinks in room, croissants for breakfast, and the staff were exceptionally nice, welcoming and accommodating. For a boutique hotel, this was perfect and I would recommend this to anyone. I cannot wait to return. No complaints - perfectly situated within walking distance to most places in NYC and it was just amazing.

This is a great hotel for people, looking for convenience and new construction and cleanliness in New York City. The rooms are very small, but everything is new and everything works. And you’re so close to Grand Central terminal and everything around it we love the staff. And everything was meticulous.
