Great value, kind, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, great location if you have business midtown or are coming to NYC for a Broadway show

The location of this hotel was awesome and we had a view of the Empire state building. Breakfast was good and there is fun Irish pub right across the street. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel. Clean. Good location. Kind staff. Free breakfast. Gym. Wifi. Good choice!

One block from the subway and tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was quiet and really comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location. Very good hot breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice view from room. Many dining options nearby. Loads of shopping nearby. No coin op laundry nearby. Safe surroundings.

Charged me for my room twice and refuse to credit me back. After I spent time at check in, check out with staff and two hours on the phone on my vacation. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECCOMMEND HYATT to anyone ever again.

Hotel and staff were amazing and friendly. If and when we come back we will look to stay here. Always greeted with a friendly smile. Breakfasts were great / room was very comfortable and our view was awesome.

This hotel is amazing!! We were here for one night. Location is excellent, very close to subway and to Macy's and other stores, excellent location to Times Square and a 10 min walk to Penn Station. Quick check in and checkout. Requested a room on a lower level based on previous reviews, which worked out fine. Front staff and housekeeping very responsive to our needs, all very friendly and courteous. Room very clean. Had a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed, paid only $400. Perfect for our party of 6. Bathroom has no makeup mirror, but we didn't need it. Room has a nice tv and mini-fridge. Didn't try the free wifi. Free breakfast in mornings: bagels, donuts, cereal, coffee, juice, oatmeal, french toast, two kinds of eggs on a biscuit. Very helpful and nice breakfast crew. They were able to provide me with gluten free eggs and toast with a smile, which was so nice. Decent sized area to eat, but can get crowded. Luggage room provided so we could still roam the city after checkout. Parking is either across the street or half a block up the street, cost me $39 per day. I prepaid for the car at the hotel when I picked up my luggage before going back to the parking garage. Smooth process retrieving the car from the parking garage. Can't wait to stay here again!!!

This hotel is located at a very busy and convenient part of the NYC near Empire State Building. The street across the front gate is very safe, clean, and filled with bars and restaurants. The hotel itself, though small, is extremely clean and modern, and the breakfast is prompt, warm, and freshly served with a healthy balance of choices. The staff are friendly, the rate is reasonable. The rooms are clean and have a reasonable amount of space with good window views. The only downside is that the two elevators seem to be slow, and waiting time can be frustrating when you live on higher floors. The small front yard is very pleasant and neatly maintained with a rather good amount of privacy and comfortness. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to visit NYC.

I was really happy in this hotel and I highly recommended this place, really nice and the location perfect!

This is a great hotel in a great location. It was clean, centrally located, safe, and overall excellent. The breakfast was outstanding as well. I highly recommend this hotel for all travelors.

Good location reasonable price cleaning room recommend to go.................................

Good value for money if you wish to stay close to Times Square

NYC travel kids is tough to accommodate - this room was perfect for us!

Friendly front desk staff, breakfast staff, house keeping staff, friendly everything, clean everything. Modern building and interior. Awesome view from both rooms my family stayed. And warm and nutritious breakfast. Free wifi. And a lovely mini front yard. This is, from the bottom of my heart, the top hotel.

Vacation. The Pope was in town, which delayed our arrival to the hotel. My daughter and I had a great time. Toured Liberty & Ellis Island first day. Central Park, plaza hotel, Rockefeller center, trump tower, grand central station. 911 memorial, wall st, Trinity church, Frick Art museum Food was great, from ny hotdog Italian food French Vietnamese.

This one is very close to the Empire state building and other restraunts. You could go to korean town very late and also buy some stuff in nearby supermarkets. The breakfast for this restraunt is very good and we all like it very much.

This hotel is not a big hotel, however, its location is perfect. It's very close to the Empire State Building, just several minutes walk. And you can also walk to Korea town and have dinner after midnight. There is one big problem for this hotel, the elevator. If you live in high floor, you have to wait several minutes to take the elevator since they only have two elevators working.

A good location and reasonable price. Everyone on staff helpful.
