This hotel is extremely dated, and my room looked like a hostel. It was very depressing. Upon looking around, it was extremely dusty, and just looked dirty and bad. They put me in room 403, and it was directly next to the elevator. The elevator is loud, the walls are thin, and I didn’t get 1 minute of sleep. I went to NYC for an important meeting, and didn’t sleep 1 second, and just had a terrible day all around. Would never stay at this place under any circumstances. One positive, is that it’s imma good and walkable location.

Second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time.. The rooms are small, but so inviting. I love that you can pop the windows slightly open. The only thing I wish they provided was a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was super cute and the pastries were delicious. The girls making coffee were so nice and friendly! Water pressure was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone at the front desk were nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff was very nice & the hotel was quiet. However, my husband and I travel a lot and we have never stayed in a bed so hard it felt more like sleeping on wood floors. Zero cushion. We asked for a mattress pad which they could not offer but then asked for extra pillows and ended up sleeping on several pillows… it was better than the very hard bed! I just had back surgery in September and this was awful!

Room was clean and the bed was nice. The only issues were the room was very hot so we had to sleep with the window cracked open. The water pressure was very low and made for a miserable shower. The toilet leaked and ran all night long so we closed the door to reduce the sound. Other than that, we liked the location of the hotel and would stay here again if the price was less than the others

This hotel has done a great job driving fake reviews. It cannot be a "9.2 - Wonderful" hotel in NYC. Location is prime but amenities, quality and design are poor.

The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room had high ceilings, it was clean with a very well designed bathroom, and lovely amenities. There was even an umbrella in the closet. In the morning the lounge area with complementary coffee, tea, and pastries was a balm. The two women who staffed it had great smiles and ready laughs. I felt at home.
