1st, the down side, it’s smaller and not full service. the lobby and common area was beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. The rooms were well above average for a NYC hotel (iykyk). Finally, the staff was exceptional from the moment we walked in through getting us a ride service for our trip to the airport.

Room was clean and comfortable. Rockefeller Center, Saks 5th Ave, Times Square and Broadway were blocks away. Subway at 47-50, Rockefeller was a block and a half away west. Elevator down to Grand Central Terminal concourse was half a block away east on 48th. Excellent location!

The room and hotel overall were in excellent condition. It was a whirlwind trip for us, but the bellhop in particular was very helpful. The bidets with the heated seats were an extra nice touch!
