Clean and quiet. Very easy to get picked up and dropped off (cab, Uber, etc.). Coffee machine and hair dryer but limited toiletries (no shower gel, two conditioners and no shampoo). Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Staff lacked friendless expected.

The location is really convenient in Midtown. A block away from a metro station, you can move everywhere from there. Uptown or Downtown Manhattan. Penn station is a few blocks away too. There are many food options nearby, like the 99c pizza that's a good comfort food option without having to walk too much. I've left my Apple Watch at the Hotel while rushing to he Airport. The staff was really helpful and they send it back home after I created a USPS label for them. Very recommended.

Robert was on point from Welcome to send off in reasonably priced limo (his suggestion). Housekeeping fulfilled our every need. Vanessa’s delicious breakfast prepared us for the day ahead. Kudos you guys 👍🙏❤️
Property close to train station and time square. Right outside the hotel was a nice area but the road in general was strange because of construction and homeless people.

First room smelled like smoke, second room slightly better. Only one Ice machine for the 15 floors and it’s broken. They assigned my new room to someone else while I was in it, so a stranger walked into my room while I was in bed. Which could’ve been a dangerous situation thankfully the stranger was just as traumatized as I was. Front desk said, “Well at least was a woman.” And offered very little money off my bill.
