This hotel is conveniently located near most city attractions, which made getting around easy. The rooms are recently renovated and kept clean, though they are quite small and feel a bit cramped like many other hotels in NYC. Breakfast had a good variety, but the dining area gets crowded and you may need to wait a bit or share space to find a table. We stayed for four nights and overall had a good experience. The staff was generally friendly and attentive. All in all, a good experience overall.

I stayed here for a Saturday and not only was someone else's belongings left in the closet of my room but the room itself was kinda dirty. The bathroom clearly wasn't cleaned thoroughly. In fact I booked a room with a jetted tub in hopes I can use it and I was unable to do so.

Essentials are Perfect

This neighborhood is convenient to everything! The rooms are clean and functional. A basic breakfast Is included, but it is a crowd scene. Take advantage of the complimentary bicycles to ride the greenways and Central Park.

Stayed here a few times before .Staff no where near as friendly as our previous stays.Couldnt fault breakfast always supplying fresh food. The interior of the hotel was always spotless. Rooms were fine maybe a little more clothes space The only downside was the outside seating could do with a clean up more ,and being a non smoker it was always full of smokers who couldn't care less about where they sat It was frustrating really because we had to sit outside the majority of the time as the dining area gets really packed but didnt bother us at all as we like to be outdoors. The hotel is in great walking distance to Madison square garden and Times Square but away from all crowds .What i liked as well was Tea and coffee on hand day and night which i thought was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay here again

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two day and we liked it very much for it's location, clean, great service at breakfast and decent breakfast. the AC noise is what i didn't like. I would recommend it to friends and family and i would stay here in the future.
