Great hotel! Close to everything downtown Manhattan!

The room was clean and the bed comfy. The small, crowded lobby, with 2 slow elevators, had me a bit worried upon arrival, but the room made up for it

hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was small and not very clean. the morning I checked out I did a clean sweep of the room to make sure I did not leave anything behind instead I found a women's sports bar under the ottoman it looked like it was there for a while cause it was dirty and dusty. location for the purpose of our visit was great although there was a lot of construction on 26th street btwn. 6th & 7th avenue was a little unpleasant.

It was a smaller room but the amount big towels they offer for a 1 king bed was aswsome.

Very clean and convenient location for my cataract surgery on West 23rd Street...

I just needed a room while I was in town for the night. I was able to check in early so I was able to drop off my luggage and enjoy the day. Hotel staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The room was small but very clean. Location near Penn Station and other modes of transportation. Macy's and Madison Square Garden, Empire State building all in walking distance. Perfect spot to stay.

Conveniently located only a block and a half from the Megabus stop. Staff was super friendly and gave us many recommendations on places to eat. They even gave my daughter a drink voucher when they found out we were there for her 21st birthday. Wi-Fi is beyond slow and basically unusable so that was a bit disappointing. Room was comfy and cozy with a decent view. Had a blast though and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a good location but it is nasty. The hotel only has two elevators and takes for ever to use it. I will say next time I will spend a little more money to say at a nicer hotel.

we stayed here to attend the New York Encounter 2018 and it was very convenient to the venue for this event.

Hotel within walking distance of Chelsea Market and Madison Park (Eataly)! And, many good restaurants including interesting bar, Oscar Wilde - close walk from hotel (but hour wait at 7pm on a weeknite). The hotel staff we’re very professional and helpful. Let us store luggage after 2 nite stay until late afternoon and immediately serviced us, even helped get our luggage to cab in 14 degree weather and seemed surprised / though very grateful when I offered a tip. We would definitely stay again! Only 2 negatives were: rooms had no sound proofing & took 15 mins to catch elevator early morning of checkout from 14th floor.

A crying baby, next room, kept me up all night. I am over hotels, moved to an Airbnb-thrilled to have four times the space for the same price, and not have to be one of a herd in the lobby and elevator.

Wish the room had a fridge!! Rooms were a bit cramped for a family of 4 but that is to be expected in New York. Safe area lots of restaurants within walking distance and small stores. Not too far of a walk to Times Square.

It is not really a convenient location since it is far both from time squares and bus station.

The room was the typical size for a New York hotel in the middle of a block. Location was great for us as there was a bakery on the one corner and Chipotle on the other, breakfast and lunch right there. The only complaint about the room is there is very little water pressure and no hot water. The staff was great, very polite and helpful.

I have been there for one night. The hotel is perfect to rest in NY! Clean and confortable.

I loved this hotel. Th price is excellent for the locale. The location is extremely (within walking distance) to all the Manhattan. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful, nice, and accommodating. The place is crowded for sure (the elevators could be enhanced by designating one of them for upper half of the floors, the other one for the lower half), but conversations I had while traveling on them (with staff and fellow guests) were out of this world. I will DEFINITELY stay there again (I am in NYC often). I have discovered this little jem of a hotel recently and will not let it go!

Easy walk to most of mid-town Manhattan, actually quiet, but rooms are small.

last minute reservation. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Bath room is small.
