I’ve stayed here twice now and have had consistently positive experiences. The hotel is conveniently located, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. Checking in was also easy and quick. The only minor drawback is that the elevators can be quite slow, and depending on the time of day, there may be a long wait, especially when staying on a higher floor.

We went to new york for first time and booked this hotel based on review and it didn’t disappoint. The room was very clean and not worn out. We had a nice city view. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Only thing the room was quite small. Otherwise good place for the price. The location is very accessible. Overall I loved we loved our stay there. Will book my stay there again.

Everything was great during our stay. The room was clean, warm, and very comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help in any situation. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn. The lobby was overheated and disorganized, and the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional during check-in. The property was falsely advertised—breakfast was listed as included, but we were told it would cost $29 per day. We chose this hotel specifically to save on food, so this was extremely disappointing. There are only two elevators for a 20+ floor building, causing long wait times. The room was nothing like advertised, with a window facing a brick wall and alley. The walls were paper-thin, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and there was no ventilation, making the room uncomfortable and lacking privacy. The only positive was the location. We checked out early and moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this property.

For the expensive rate the room was with a king size bed, you could barely walk in between bed and desk. Only two Elevators available and they are very small elevator for 25 floors and you had to wait for long periods of time to get on the elevators. Rooms are so closes you could hear peoples conversations, do not have noise control or etiquette… do not have consideration and throw doors so hard that you cannot rest. Would not stay in this specific IHG ….
