Great location close to Penn Station. Clean and well managed.
This hotel had everything I needed— hot breakfast, gym, roof deck and a good room. Front desk staff was very attentive and helpful.

Extremely old rooms, especially the bathroom. Showerhead was sticky and pipes were so clogged we had to wait about 30 mins between showers. Reception staff were very nice and friendly

I didn't like one of the ladies working the front desk, not pleasant at all. No warmth or friendliness. There were other ladies working there who were fantastic but this particular one, with the long fake eye lashes was awful. Not helpful at all.
it is a budget-friendly hotel with all you would need for a comfortable stay in NYC. perfect location to everything in the city. room is small but clean, comfortable and huge tv. staff is helpful. breakfast is great and complimentary. building locked at night makes me feel safe. I enjoyed my stay here tremendously.
Decent stay. Nice staff friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a joke. Never even had eggs. Clean. Wish room had a small fridge. Overall decent property.
At night a black guy entered to my room and robbed me when I slept.
The hotel was in easy walking distance from Penn station. And was perfect for my short stay. Would definitely stay again.
