I travel to NYC weekly for work, and this has become one of my favorite places to stay. It’s quiet and the room has everything I need for solo travel. The staff is very nice and I’ve never had to wait long to talk to reception. Really enjoyed my time in Hell’s Kitchen!

Super nice hotel for New York
Staff was super kind and very helpful. Location is awesome with an entire strip of restaurants nearby. However, this was the greasiest hotel I think I have ever occupied. It was clean enough, but there was some buildup on the light switches/outlets that I just did not feel good touching. Everything just had a layer of scuff that made it feel like a Cyberpunk or Star Wars set. It added to the experience :p
Clean and quiet spot to relax
The room is small with limited service and supplies.
Popular because of its location means this hotel always feels crowded and loud with lots of travelers and tourists waiting for elevators, standing around entrances and exits, etc. Had to kill several small ants around bathroom sink on my first day/night there ([probably attracted to something the last guest(s) spilled).
Bunk beds. We only stayed one night. The bunk beds were uncomfortable. It’s ok for one night.
It’s great.
Rooms are tiny, but I guess that’s what “pod” means.
I’ve been going here for years. Love it. Nothing big or fancy. But it’s cool and efficient.
Room was well thought out. Everything worked and was exactly where it needed to be. Outstanding place to stay. WELL DONE!!!
Great hotel , small rooms , but big views of NYC, great location , loved it. Front Desk can be rude but that’s ok it’s a busy hotel so I understand , everything was great except one thing , I had to constantly nag them to clean my room, I think everyone’s room should be clean automatically unless requested not to
Love this place. Very coeqn and Comfortable
The price was great for such a good location. We could easily walk to Broadway shows and Times Square and there was a subway station close by for everywhere else. Our room was small, as expected, but very well laid out. It was quiet. There are lots of elevators so we never had to wait long. The Serafina Restaurant rooftop terrace has excellent food and friendly staff.
An attractive and super convenient hidden jewel. Although the spaces are tiny, it adequately serves the purpose.
