Surprisingly quiet and very comfortable room given both the location and how closely-packed everything is. The bed was far more comfortable than ones I’ve slept on in much pricier hotels, and the layout of the room is efficient without feeling cramped. As a solo traveler I will definitely stay here again.

It is NYC close to Times Square, so I wasn’t expecting a pristine area around the property. Convenient location. Small room but perfect for what we needed. Thermostat in the room was adjustable but we did ask for extra blankets because there was only one blanket on the beds.

Staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean. The room came with shampoo, body wash, conditioner. But no tooth paste or toothbrush but this was pretty standard in NYC afaik. The pillow was too soft though but luckily they had four in my room so I was stacking them up. Bed is really soft, I prefer firmer personally. The biggest reason for the four star was the ghetto situation in ground floor outside the main door. I understand it’s NYC but it could’ve been managed better. Like a security or a more “lit” space
