Clean, quiet hotel for a reasonable price. Repairs on Broadway make access difficult. Mattress was uncomfortable. Vending machines were deficient (few items of which some were missing, on different floors). We would have appreciated non plastic utensils, glasses, plates and napkins in the suite. Food ordered (from outside vendor) was expensive and very late to arrive.

The room was clean, but dated. The walls are paper thin. Fortunately, we had quiet neighbors, but could hear every word they said. Decent place to stay, but not if you're expecting a first class experience. Good luck if you have noisy people on your floor.

My daughter and i stayed here one night when we bought tickets to a Broadway show. It's location is perfect. We walked to and from the hotel and felt pretty safe walking at night. My only complaint is when my daughter tripped and fell on a small incline/bump in the lobby and hurt her knee. The checkin staff stayed in their seats and yelled over "is she okay?" Didn't seem very concerned. We discussed with them that there should be a sign to warn others of this bump on the ground. I highly doubt that they took any action to prevent this from happening again. I worry that a guest could really hurt themselves. I would have liked a little more concern especially when a guest falls on their property.
Wonderful hotel! So convenient to everything, great deal with nearby parking garage, very friendly and helpful staff, fabulous dining literally across the street, beautiful room, great price. We were totally delighted and will be back soon!
The property is very well located, and the staff is very friendly. However, every morning the coffee was cold from the night before. Surely people get up before 8:30 to drink a hot cup of coffee.

During a humid end of summer day they scheduled their water tank to be emptied leaving guests without water from 10am to 4pm. This was not reflected upon making the reservation.

Friendly staff, excellent design and spacious rooms
It was close to the hub of everything which was a plus . Didn’t have a view , the room was spacious and nice , walls are thin at least in the bathroom I could hear everything my neighbors were saying. And the bathroom where the shower 🚿 is was very small. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was fairly good . I would stay there again for a quick overnight it’s convenient.

We actually have guests write us asking where we purchased our Siemens Pillow Top mattresses to try and buy them for their homes but apologize for any inconvenience. We have recently started a full renovation of all the guestrooms starting with the bathrooms, a new HVAC system and then eventually replacing all the furniture, carpeting, lighting and bedding. We are actually renovating the guest rooms again right now as we speak but the rooms were last renovated in 2015--2016 with a very modern decor so it's only been 6-7 years. We are doing a complete gutting of the bathrooms and a full renovation of the guestrooms and hallways as well as a brand new HVAC system. We apologize for any inconvenience but our walls are just like any other hotel in NYC. They are double sheet rocked and insulated and strictly mandated and inspected by the NYC Dept of Buildings. We think we are a great 3-3 1/2 star hotel offering 4 star service and incredible year round values which you received as well so were surprised by your comments. We are not a 4 star hotel just yet nor claim to be although the lobby and exterior are newly renovated and definitely 4 star quality. It was actually a ramp, not a bump and meets NYC building code and we have never had anyone fall before but will certainly look into adding additional signage since this occurred. Hi Peggy; Thank you for your business and sharing your comments. We apologize that the coffee was cold. Typically we do not brew the Starbucks coffee at all as we have a machine that provides individual cups of fresh ground coffee but it is temporarily out of order so we have been brewing it to offer an additional option. We don't advertise that we offer it any longer since we now have Nespresso makers in each room but they should be making fresh pots every few hours. Again our apologies. Eventually we will be eliminating the 4th floor lounge completely and hope to turn it into a workout room for guests. We hope to see you back with us again. Have a wonderful day!
