Lovely hotel, great location for the 9/11 museum and memorial. We booked a city view room overlooking the memorial from the 17th and it’s just incredible. There are multiple subway station near by and they are simple to use. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Having the club lounge was a great hang out and the location was awesome. The rooms we had were massive compared to what you get at Times Square. Water machines to refill bottles and free coffee in the lounge. Really comfortable and great stay. Safe, Clean and good price Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back
