Had such a great time for a mini staycation in the City. It’s so close to major transit, views are beautiful and my partner loved the gym. Will be back again very soon!
Having been the guest in more than 5000 hotels in more than 100 countries, the value of my recent stay at the Club Quarters in Wall Street was among the best.
old rooms the door bang really loud, windows dont fully close (cold air comes in), bathroom has low pressure, but most disappointing they have no service. Have to ask them to come to even empty the trash. For a hotel this is unacceptable. Also they do not answer phone or text
The hotel is really close to the World Trade Center which makes it easy to find and is convenient if you plan to do a lot of things downtown. Also, it is very nice that they offer to hold your bags if you arrive early or plan to stay a little longer after checking out. That being said, our room was right next to a room undergoing construction, so we were suddenly awoken by the sounds of banging and construction men loudly chatting. Also, once the room was finished, the people occupying the room violently jiggled the door handle to the doors which connected our rooms multiple times, which was mildly concerning.
Great location, very close to subway.
What was good: clean and comfortable bed and pillows; clean room and bathroom. What was bad: front desk personnel (took an inordinate amount of time for retrieval of luggage from short-term storage; called front desk about TV remote problem, was told that a service person would be "right there," but service person never came; drain in bathroom sink was broken; warned front desk that I was expecting food delivery, they promised to call when it got there, food was delivered and they didn't call me, found my food getting cold on the reception desk; don't recall anyone from the front desk saying good morning or good evening at any time when I left or returned (over 4 days); housekeeping came 1 time in 4 days (and then did not remake the bed). Will not stay here again.
FRIENDLY STAFF, EASY/QUICK/EARLY CHECK IN
The room was spacious and well equipped with all of the necessities and storage.
Unprofessional staff
They have a patio that overlooks the 911 memorial and provides a great view.
Clean, good location, and friendly staff.
The location to my work was great. I loved the sparkling water on tap and the cappuccino/coffee maker. The 20th floor viewing deck and room was very nice. I like the idea of having a sitting room and conference available to use.
The fact that my name wasn’t on my own reservation is absolutely terrible. The room was terrible too.
Online check in and digital key does not work. Have been told by staff, sometimes it does that.
We booked a superior room with a view. It turned out to be way too small. Also, the walls are paper thin, you can hear people talking in the adjacent room all the time. We were told housekeeping is not available due to COVID which was inconvinient. The location is good and staff was helpful.
Located in Manhattan, World Center Hotel is within a 5-minute walk of National September 11 Memorial and within 15 minutes of other popular attractions like One World Trade Center. This 169-room, 4-star hotel welcomes guests with a restaurant, a 24-hour gym, and free in-room WiFi.

Hi there BRIAN - thanks so much for your recent stay and your valued feedback. We're sorry your stay was not ideal. We do appreciate your amazing patience concerning your luggage delivery. Thanks also for reporting the room deficiencies that you discovered. Kindly note that we are performing a full room cleaning just once for a 4 night stay and an "express service/ lite pick-up" upon request. We encourage food-delivery persons to contact their customer directly as orders do tend to accumulate at the front desk.
