The location to my work was great. I loved the sparkling water on tap and the cappuccino/coffee maker. The 20th floor viewing deck and room was very nice. I like the idea of having a sitting room and conference available to use.

The fact that my name wasn’t on my own reservation is absolutely terrible. The room was terrible too.

Online check in and digital key does not work. Have been told by staff, sometimes it does that.

We booked a superior room with a view. It turned out to be way too small. Also, the walls are paper thin, you can hear people talking in the adjacent room all the time. We were told housekeeping is not available due to COVID which was inconvinient. The location is good and staff was helpful.

Great spot for touring lower Manhattan sites-across street from Oculus and 911 memorial. A bit of construction in Nov when there. Easy access to subway. Great 20th floor viewing room and sitting area. Thin walls; we stayed in a queen suite and plenty of room for 3 but no heat in ‘spare room’. Tv problems but quick to try to fix-VERY friendly staff!! Good rate for NYC-would stay again!

Great staff.

Everything about this hotel was amazing ,we stayed on 14 th floor and have balcony that was so beautiful will definitely be back to same hotel

We had a city view room. We were able to look directly at the 911 Memorial grounds. Very spacious room and very comfortable bed.

The restaurant attached to the hotel

Thw staff was wonderful. Helpful, kind and personable, notably Arnold. We will stay here again. Also, the rooftop has stunning views.

The 20th floor roof view is great

Great view from the balconies.

This is a solid hotel for your next NyC stay. Very convenient to WTC and nearby restaurants and shopping. It’s starting to show it’s age and it was really just an extension of club quarters hotel. But we would stay here again. Nothing fancy but gets the job done well.

The property is simple and very clean and a touch less property. It was no one to talk to you had to text a number which was ok due to covid but I rather speak to someone personally. Simple basic room. Bed was comfortable. The WiFi was horrible. Very safe you can only use your room key to get to your room on the elevator. Very nice rooftop to use on your own with nice city views

The room was small, but designed well (first time staying in NYC hotel rooms, so apparently the size is not unusual). I was comfortable staying in the room. The upstairs terrace was nice, though very busy (the hotel seems super busy that weekend). I really liked walking around the area, some great views by the Esplanade, the 9/11 monument and park. And lots of options for food nearby.
