Great location and very nice staffs. Fire alam went off by shower steam as vent wasn't working. Very clean and comfortable bed. Did not hear much noise from neighboring rooms or stairs. Overall enjoyed stay.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Grand Central. If you’re watching broadway, you can catch fhr M42 bus. The staff is friendly enough. The only downside is the physical hotel itself. The rooms are aging and dearly need updating. The bathroom was at least thirty years old. There was no fridge or microwave. The tv only got broadcast channels. Etc etc.

It was a great price for New York, within walking distance of Grand Central.

Front desk employee Matthew ( cant remember the last name) was amazing! Westgate give that man a raise!

There was a leak from the floor above in our bathroom and the staff did nothing to mop up the water, give us an update or clean our flooded bathroom while we were there. There was no offer to use another room to shower, nor did staff return to the room at all after the first assessment. They did offer a free breakfast, 15 mins before breakfast closed and to credit a portionnof the price of the room.

Room heat did not work even after they sent maintenance to fix it

I had a very pleasant experience from check in until check out. Great staff, surprisingly spacious rooms especially for NYC. I would definitely go back. Walking distance to Grand Central which is always a plus!

Everything was perfect. Thank you everyone for made our staying pleasant. Definitely we are going to come back next years for our vacations.

i think free wi-fi is expected, and that was not the case. a bit disappointing

Great Location and experience was ok. When we arrived our room was not ready and were told we could not check in until around 8pm which was not acceptable since we had to get ready for our evening plans. We were upgrate and given a suite but we needed 2 beds so we had to use the sofa bed which was not comforable. Each night we had to call and ask for something that was not replaced when housekeeping cleaned the room. No blanket or sheets for the sofa bed the first night, taken after the first night and not replaced, no wash cloths the third night. But within 10 minutes of calling the front desk each time they were delivered to our door. Room and lobby conditions ok, furniture is old, stained and worn in some areas. We did eat at the breakfast buffet one morning and were charged $69 for 2 people and the food was horrible. The amount was removed from our charges after mentioning the charge at check out which was very much appreciated. For the price this is a great hotel and the staff was very accomodating.
