We wanted to create a space that fed the eyes with funk. If you're traveling to NYC, you want to be able to say you stayed in a cool-ass Airbnb? Well, this is it.
Located on the second floor of a 1879 pre-war Upper East Side Townhouse, this cozy studio features 13 foot high ceilings, huge windows, 5-star quality linens and sheets, a fully stocked kitchen.
The space features a queen sized bed with a custom made, green upholstered headboard. The sofa becomes a twin sized bed which can sleep a grown adult or two small children.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. This includes salt/pepper/and coffee. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with great water pressure, (and more green walls to admire).
Are you traveling for work or working from home? We equipped the space with a premium West Elm desk for your WFH needs.
During the summer months, from May 15th to November 30th, air conditioning is available in the unit. This will ensure a comfortable and cool environment during your stay. Guests have access to the entire space.

Cleaning and Damages
Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in extra cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for damages. Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The refundable security deposit will be held for 7 days post check-out and will be refunded provided there are no damages. The damage waiver is recommended.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
1: RESERVATION INFORMATION
CHECK-IN The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes early check-in is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page.
CHECK-OUT The check-out time is before check-out time on the last day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. If you have a need to check-in early or check-out late, you can also consider adjusting your reservation dates to be one day earlier or later so you have the place for as long as you need it.
NO REFUNDS This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. There will be no refunds or compensation for: Acts of God, Mother Nature, acts of war or government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, power outages or water outages. 2: ID VERIFICATION
IDENTITY VERIFICATION Guests are required to complete the Happy Guest check-in and provide a photographed copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and photo clearly visible and in focus. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. In the event that a Guest refuses to provide their valid, government-issued ID after making a reservation, the Guest’s reservation will not be granted information to enter the apartment and your cancellation of the reservation will be in accordance with the cancellation information on your reservation.
BACKGROUND SCREENING We may obtain background reports from consumer reporting agencies or otherwise review publicly available information about you, including sexual offender registration lists or databases compiling information about criminal convictions.
