Loud air conditioner, poor wifi connection.

The only complaint I have is the room smelled a little musty. Over all the hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and prompt.

No value for the money at all! I wouldn't stay again.

Hotel was a winner in a great location! I would definitely stay and also recommend to others.

Hotel was a great location near Times Square and close to the subway. Staff was helpful & nice. Room was clean and decent size. Staff helped arrange transportation to airport. I would give hotel a 3.5 star rating

Booked on the mobile app the night of. Great price and location

Great location and easy access to many attractions. We had a good experience and the staff was very helpful. Easy to get out and walk on 6th or 5th ave to visit many attractions in the area.

Good hotel, though slightly expensive for the amenities.

Stayed at this hotel during Christmas 2013. The location was good, close to subway lines, time square, Empire State building. The concierge was excellent and gave great advice on seeing holiday shows. Breakfast gets crowded and isn't the greatest, but it was very helpful not having to run out for food every morning.

Stayed at the hotel for Christmas holiday 2013. Good location. Helpful concierge. Only complaint is that free breakfast got incredibly crowded.

Great location and most certainly a room available even on the same day. Great starting off or ending point for any day/night in NYC.

Good location, safe area and easy to find. Pricey for what you're given, however.

This was my second time at this specific hotel Its really great!

my husband & I had a gr8 stay....this was our 2nd time staying there...could not ask 4 better accommodations staff was friendly & heplful.

Typical midtown hotel - small storefront - 19 stories high (we were on the 19th floor!). Very clean all round. Helpful staff. We did have a minor constant rumbling outside our room (sort of like a commercial clothes dryer sound- never did figure out what it was) Good location- walkable to MSG and restaurants Parking was at a lot 100 yards up the street - discounted rate of $35 for 24 hours…welcome to NYC.

This hotel was booked for a family getaway. The location was great- close to good restaurants, shopping and the city's attractions. The staff was friendly. However, this is a hotel to book if you simply need a bed to sleep in. The rooms are small and cramped. The free hot breakfast was horrible . The business center consists of 3 computers at the front door. Would not recommend for a couple or family.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast that was included was a full meal deal, not just muffins and coffee! It is close to the metro and easy to walk to other hot spots. I would definitely go back here.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express a few times already, and have always found it a good experience. The rooms are small, but nicely furnished. There are only 6 rooms on each floor which helps with noise. The small bathroom was a bit awkward, only because of the shower and bathroom door placement. With great location and complimentary breakfast in the morning, this hotel can't be beat for value.

great staff. clean. excellent location. stylish and efficient design.

The staff was amazing...they helped with everything we asked of them, which was a lot, directions, sights, etc. The room was very nice. We plan to return next year and stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It's very near the Macy's parade route which was great for us with kids. Thank you C Cottrell
