Only good thing to say was how nice and real the front desk woman was. Think she was a supervisor but I forgot. She was helpful and kind and definitely deserves a raise! Otherwise the property is cheap and run down. The rooms are falsely advertised and the breakfast wasn't even worth the elevator trip. Which was also sketchy as f**k! Parking is crammed and the ac barely works. Bathroom was dirty and the walls are thin. For the price you pay you're better off renting a van and sleeping outside.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful was pleasant having their help and many seemed to go above and beyond making the stay great. Room was over very clean but had many issues that some where taken care of right away by the maintenance staff. The floor in the room was lifting and the flooring would stick to your feet lifting off the ground. Room was nice and great view other than the floor. Would stay there again due to staff and making you feel welcomed and home away from home.

The sky suite was awesome, from the fireplace to the steam shower I enjoyed my stay unlike any other hotel. Located just a few minutes walk to the falls it is the perfect place to vist Niagara Falls. I even walked from the hotel into Canada across the Rainbow bridge. The bed was excellent and after a long day of sightseeing I slept well.

There is no breakfast included, nor available on a weekday. The 'in house' Starbucks was opened only on the weekend - and only from 7 to 11AM. The hotel is in the area, where there are no food stores, only fast food joints. The hotel is good but the food situation is a major inconvenience.
