We booked this hotel when it was still a Days Inn. Orbitz failed to notify us that the hotel was under new management. Albeit, it did not affect the reservation nor the price. The Hotel is convenient to the Rainbow bridge crossing, which is a plus and overall it is far more affordable than the chains on the Canadian side. The room was clean and the hotel overall was ok, although the shower was luke warm; eventually the hot water heater failed while we were out for the day, so we came back to an empty hotel. The very professional and conciliatory staff re-booked us at the nearby Sheraton with no change in price and a free breakfast buffet that was better than the continental breakfast Wyndam offered. Note, there are few dining options around the Wyndam, which is unfortunate. Hopefully this hotel will improve with new management and offer lodgers a better choice for their stay at the Falls.

The hotel was nice looking and the room clean but the shower water took 30 mins to get warm enough to enter and the breakfast was a disappointment. Everything else was good and I can’t complain.

You can tell it used to be s days inn and they are working on making it a wyndham now. The inside is nice and clean. The outside if the building just looks okay and could use an updating.

Our checkin was pleasant and friendly. We also enjoyed good service at breakfast in the restaurant in the morning.

When searching for a motel, we looked for handicap accessible, with roll-in shower. The shower was not a roll-in and no grab bars in shower. Don't know about other rooms, but no counter space in bathroom, Its just a sink. The lighting in bathroom was terrible. The only thing this Days Inn had going for it was the location.

Rooms were nice and clean. Hallways are a little smelly. All in all not bad for the money.

So sad how run down NY side of falls is. No reason for such bad hotels, falling apart. Canada side glistens. NY side is a ghetto

They checked us in early and let us check out a little late! The staff also helped us jump start my car, amazing people.

The receptionist not friendly at all. The room had a persistent unpleasant smell that they try to hide it with some room fragrance. Bathroom not very clean. No soap in the bathroom. Towels looks like they were in the washing mashines for thousands of times . If you chose to stay there do not get rooms that face the front of the hotel because there is the helicopter pad for the helicopters that do tours around the Niagara Falls.. Lots of noise and it is going until late hours at night. If you chose to use the restaurant downstairs you might have to wait close to one hour until they will bring your order or as in my case after 40 minutes waiting they came and told me that they are out of fish and chips and i need to order something else. Never want to set foot again in that place.

It was Great. the Hotel looks Wonderful remodeled. Very clean

Even though it was January we could walk everywhere.

Even though the hotel is under renovation the rooms are very roomy and housekeeping was great. Front desk was very helpful with getting taxi's service and local restaurant recommendations. Excellent location for taveling back and forth to Canada. Great location for fireworks.

Located approx a hundred yards from Canada border, it is a very nice walk to the falls. No need to worry about public parking for $10- $20! It was also a convenient place to stay to go to the Buffalo v Steelers game. Staff was accommodating, good price for the room with the view of town instead of falls and Canada; nice and clean. Next time i will opt for the room with the view of Canada and fireplace!

Spend 4 nights, service at all times of the day was superb. Very close to the Falls and to top restaurants. Will return in the summer.

I loved everything, the price and the accomodation

Comfortable, clean, conveniently located. It is an excellent choice.

Need more amenities a.c was loud bathroom was dirty

Pretty near to the Niagara falls, good room rates. Some room faces the Canada side, our room unfortunately wasn't. However, the receptionist was proudly offering those rooms to the on-site reservation. Mine was an online reservation. Don't know what was the difference, probably they are paying more. But staying whole day outside, who cares which side your windows are facing.

We are sorry you found the New York side run down. The Days Inn at the Falls in the last year has completely remodled all of our rooms with new furniture, new TV's, added Fridges, Microwaves, and several other new aminities, and starting this fall will redo our entire exterior of the building. Our new Market, Exersize room, and banquet and meeting spaces have been very popular. We hope you can come and visit us again and see all the new additions.
